Prenatal Classes

Our FREE classes are held on the second Saturday of every month at Hudson Regional Hospital on the 2nd Floor in the GME Room.

Expecting Mothers and Fathers are invited to attend and will be educated on a wide range of topics including the labor and birth process, breathing and relaxation techniques, proper diet, and exercise, postpartum care, and breastfeeding.

Please bring your own pillows to class.
