Clean energy is becoming increasingly important in addressing climate change and reducing our dependence on fossil fuels. To develop the clean energy workforce needed to combat these issues, we must first educate our community members on what they mean and how important they are. Awarded the Clean Energy Employment and Training Partnership Grant by the NJDOL, Goode Education Group (GEG) aims to empower the residents of the Hoboken community with the tools and resources needed to pursue careers in clean energy, energy efficiency, and related industries.
The Hoboken Public Library has invited Goode Education Group to host a Clean Energy Information Session on Wednesday, September 18th at 6:30 pm. This information session will cover topics from their Clean Energy Jobs Program which will include, but are not limited to:
Introduction to clean energy technologies
Career opportunities in the clean energy sector
Resources for further education and training
