Last week's arrests and incidents as released by the Secaucus police.

On 11/11/2019 at 8:55 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 66 year old male, Cesar Bonilla of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office with no bail. Mr. Bonilla was issued 4 motor vehicle summonses and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 11/12/2019 at 1:10 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Macy’s located at 500 Meadowlands Parkway on a report of an employee theft. During the investigation, the police arrested a 44 year old male, Mykell Sanders of Jersey City, NJ for Theft [2C:20-3A]. Mr. Sanders was served his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 11/12/2019 at 11:17 AM, Officer’s from the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters to transfer custody of a 62 year old male, Johnny Mendola of Bayonne, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $500.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Elizabeth, NJ in the amount of $355.00. Mr. Mendola was able to post bail for the involved warrants and was released from police custody.

On 11/12/2019 at 11:50 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Bergen County Jail to take into custody a 34 year old female, Danis Florez of Paterson, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00. Ms. Florez was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 11/15/2019 at 1:56 AM, Secaucus Police responded to Walmart located at 400 Park Plaza Drive on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 28 year old male, Juan Liranzo-Luciano of Union City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Little Ferry, NJ in the amount of $750.00, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Hasbrouck Heights, NJ in the amount of $500.00 with a 10% option and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $25.00. The Littler Ferry Police Department did release Mr. Liranzo-Luciano on his own recognizance pending a future court date. Mr. Liranzo-Luciano was able to post bail for the warrants issued out of Hasbrouck Heights, NJ and Jersey City, NJ and he was released from police custody.

On 11/15/2019 at 8:24 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 21 year old male, Ruthmy Jean-Charles of Irvington, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Spotswood, NJ in the amount of $750.00. Mr. Jean-Charles was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On 11/16/2019 at 8:10 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 29 year old female, Shalana Moody of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $100.00. Ms. Moody was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 3 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On 11/16/2019 at 6:06 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the area of 100 Park Plaza Drive on a report of a motor vehicle accident. During the investigation, the police arrested a 29 year old female, Zobeida Peguero of Union City, NJ for 5 outstanding warrants issued out of Union City, NJ in the amount of $636.00. Ms. Peguero was able to post bail for the involved warrants, was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On 11/17/2019 at 1:51 AM, Secaucus Police responded to AJ’s Nightclub and Sports Bar located at 201 Secaucus Road on a report of a dispute. During the investigation, the police arrested a 30 year old male, Stefan Autie of Hackensack, NJ for 2 charges of Aggravated Assault [2C:12-1B(5)(A)] for committing an assault against 2 separate law enforcement officers, Disorderly Conduct [2C:33-2A(2)] and Resisting Arrest [2C:29-2A(3)(A)]. Mr. Autie was served his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On 11/17/2019 at 9:13 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the Bagel Buffet located at 127 Plaza Centre Road on a report of a theft. During the investigation, the police arrested a 22 year old female, Alanna Reed of Keyport, NJ for Theft [2C:20-3A] and Conspiracy to Commit Theft [2C:5-2A(1)]. Ms. Reed was also found to have 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of the Middlesex County Sheriff’s Office with no bail. Ms. Reed was issued her complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 11/17/2019 at 1:29 PM, Secaucus Police observed a suspicious vehicle idling in the area of 10 Wood Avenue. During the investigation, the police arrested a 32 year old male, Jeffrey Bergo of Secaucus, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Mr. Bergo was served his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On 11/17/2019 at 11:04 PM, Secaucus Police responded to AJ’s Nightclub and Sports Bar located at 201 Secaucus Road on a report of a theft. During the investigation, the police arrested a 26 year old male, Mina Boles of Jersey City, NJ for Theft [2C:20-3A]. Mr. Boles was served his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
