Secaucus Police Blotter 11/25/2019 - 12/01/2019

Last week's arrests and incidents as released by the Secaucus police.

On 11/25/2019 at 3:30 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Hoboken Police Department to take custody of a 35 year old male, Karl Chung of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $100.00. Mr. Chung was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 11/26/2019 at 5:04 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 36 year old male, Carlos Romero of West New York, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Weehawken, NJ in the amount of $124.00. Mr. Romero was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.

On 11/26/2019 at 9:08 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Union Police Department to take into custody a 47 year old male, Matthew Israel of Parsippany, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Morris Plains, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00. Mr. Israel was unable to post bail for the involved warrants and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 11/22/2019 at 3:08 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Kroll Heights located at 600 County Avenue on a report of a theft of a bicycle. On 11/27/2019 at 10:15 AM, during a follow up investigation by the Secaucus Police Department Detective Division, the police arrested a 27 year old female, Hailey Guerrero of Norman, Oklahoma for Theft [2C:20-3A] and Conspiracy to Commit Theft [2C:5-2A(1)]. Ms. Guerrero was served her complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On 11/27/2019 at 11:12 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the area of 800 Roosevelt Avenue on a report of a suspicious male. During the investigation, the police arrested a 46 year old male, Michael Nelson of East Manhattan, NY for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of New York City with no bail and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $150.00. Mr. Nelson was additionally charged with being a Fugitive from Justice [2A:160-10]. Mr. Nelson was served his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 11/28/2019 at 3:35 PM, the Secaucus Police conducted a motor vehicle stop of a vehicle in the area of 1001 Riverside Station Boulevard. During the investigation, the police arrested a 41 year old female, Adrienne Pescevich of Lyndhurst, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Ms. Pescevich was served her motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with 4 additional motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
