Last week's arrests and incidents as released by the Secaucus police.

On 11/21/2019 at 3:08 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Kroll Heights located at 700 County Avenue on a report of a stolen bicycle. Following an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Detective Division, on 12/04/2019 at 10:30, the police arrested a 32 year old male, Paris Paraskeva of Clifton, NJ for Theft [2C:20-3A] and Conspiracy to Commit Theft [2C:5-2A(1)]. Mr. Paraskeva was served his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 12/05/2019 at 6:53 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the UPS located at 493 County Avenue on a report of an employee theft. During the investigation, the police arrested a 28 year old male, Brian Osborne of East Orange, NJ for Theft [2C:20-3A]. Mr. Osborne was served his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On 11/20/2019 at 5:16 PM, Secaucus Police responded to 321 Mansfield Avenue on a report of a burglary. On 12/05/2019 at 1:38 PM, following an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Detective Division, the police arrested a 40 year old male, James Defazio of Nutley, NJ for Burglary [2C:18-2A(1)], Theft [2C:20-3A] and Conspiracy to Commit Burglary and Theft [2C:5-2A(1)]. Mr. Defazio was served his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 12/05/2019 at 10:25 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the area of 150 Harmon Meadow Boulevard on a report of a motor vehicle accident. During the investigation, the police arrested a 23 year old female, Clara Zavala of Paterson, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Ms. Zavala was served her motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with 3 additional motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

On 12/06/2019 at 5:11 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the area of Paterson Plank Road and First Street on a report of a male walking into traffic. During the investigation, the police arrested a 38 year old male, Orlando Fabiani of Secaucus, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Harrison, NJ with no bail, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $500.00, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Hopatcong, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Clifton, NJ in the amount of $750.00, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Kearny, NJ in the amount of $600.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Union City, NJ in the amount of $250.00. Mr. Fabiani was additionally charged with Hindering Apprehension [2C:29-3B(4)] for providing false information to police. Mr. Fabiani was served his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 12/08/2019 at 8:40 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the area of Route 3 East near the exit to Paterson Plank Road on a report of a motor vehicle accident. During the investigation, the police arrested a 25 year old male, Jonathan Coello of Weehawken, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Coello was served his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with 1 additional motor vehicle summons and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

On 12/08/2019 at 11:57 PM, following a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 54 year old male, Carlos Ramirez of Union City, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Ramirez was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with 3 additional motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
