1. On 11/24/2025 at 3:59 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 48-year-old male, Luis Changoluisa-Lidioma of East Orange, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Verona, NJ in the amount of $2,500.00 with a 10% option. Changoluisa-Lidioma was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.
2. On 11/26/2025 at 12:31 PM, Officers from the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters to transfer custody of a 34-year-old male, Efraim Diaz of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $2,000.00 with a 10% option. Diaz was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.
3. On 11/26/2025, in an effort to reduce vice related crimes in the Town of Secaucus, the Secaucus Police arrested the following individuals; at 6:19 PM, the police arrested a 45-year-old female, Johanna Beltre-Bonifacio of Paterson, NJ for Engaging in Prostitution [2c:34-1B(8)] and Promoting Prostitution [2C:34-1B(2)]. Beltre-Bonifacio was issued her complaint summons and was released from police custody. At 9:12 PM, the police arrested a 39-year-old female, Alfida Hidago-Fernandez of the Bronx, NY for Engaging in Prostitution [2C:34-1B(8)] and Promoting Prostitution [2C:34-1B(2)]. Ms. Hidago-Fernandez was issued her complaint summons and was released from police custody. At 9:43 PM, the police arrested a 22-year-old female, Iranyelin Landaeta Aguirre of Jamaica, NY for Engaging in Prostitution [2C:34-1B(8)] and Promoting Prostitution [2C:34-1B(2)]. The police also arrested a 32-year-old male, Miguel Regalado-Crisosto of Paterson, NJ for Promoting Prostitution [2C:34-1B(2)] and Unlawful Possession of a Weapon [2C:39-5D] for possessing a knife. Both Ms. Landaeta Aguirre and Mr. Regalado-Crisosto were issued their complaint summonses and were released from police custody.
4. On 11/28/2025 at 10:32 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 45-year-old male, Basilio Barrett of East Orange, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $350.00. Barrett was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently released from police custody.
5. On 11/28/2025 at 5:35 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Passaic County Sheriff’s Office to take into custody a 47-year-old male, Manuel Monge of Paterson, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $5,000.00 with a 10% option. Monge was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.
6. On 11/29/2025 at 5:22 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Leonia Police Department to take into custody a 21-year-old male, David Velasquez of Elizabeth, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $2,000.00 with a 10% option. Velasquez was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Elizabeth, NJ in the amount of $1,500.00 with a 10% option, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Elizabeth, NJ in the amount of $1,500.00 with a 10% option, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Roselle, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00 with a 10% option, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Linden, NJ in the amount of $750.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Old Bridge, NJ in the amount $750.00. Mr. Velasquez was unable to post bail for the involved warrants and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
7. On 11/30/2025 at 9:40 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Dunkin Donuts located at 216 County Avenue on a report of a suspicious individual. During the investigation, the police arrested a 41-year-old male, Bryan Brewster, non-domicile, for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of Ocean County, NJ with no bail. Officers from the Ocean County Sheriff’s Office responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters and transported Mr. Brewster back to their authority.
These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
