1. On 06/16/2026 at 2:39 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the 300 block of Born Street on a check of an individual. During the investigation, the police arrested a 36-year-old male, Louis Isern of Secaucus, NJ for 2 outstanding warrants issued out of North Bergen, NJ in the amount of $3,500.00. Mr. Isern was unable to post bail and was subsequently transported to the North Bergen Police Department.
2. On 06/17/2026 at 7:09 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Secaucus High School PAC Center located at 11 Millridge Road on a report of a dispute and assault. During the investigation, the police arrested a 42-year-old male, Ryan Francis of Secaucus, NJ for Simple Assault [2C:12-1A(1)] and Disorderly Conduct [2C:33-2A(1)]. Mr. Francis was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.
3. On 06/19/20026 at 11:08 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the parking lot of 100 Lighting Way on a report of an individual who was possibly intoxicated in the driver’s seat of a parked motor vehicle. During the investigation, the police arrested a 36-year-old male, Derrick Collazo of Wanaque, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Collazo was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional 3 motor vehicle summonses and was released into custody of a responsible adult.
These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
