1. On 06/24/2026 at 9:43 AM, Officers from the East Rutherford Police Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters located at 1203 Paterson Plank Road and transferred custody of a 26-year-old male, Jeremy Andrade-Perez of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00 with a 10% option. Mr. Andrade-Perez was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.
2. On 06/24/2026 at 12:07 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 21-year-old female, Iviannah Woodson of Paterson, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Elmwood Park, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00 with a 10% option. Ms. Woodson was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.
3. On 06/24/2026 at 4:42 PM, in furtherance of an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Department in relation to a theft from a locker that occurred at LA Fitness on 01/13/2026, the police arrested a 47-year-old male, Jason Burkett-Keplinger of Weehawken, NJ for Burglary [2C:18-2A(1)], Theft [2C:20-3A], Credit Card Theft [2C:21-6C(1)] and Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card [2C:21-6H]. Mr. Burkett-Keplinger was taken into custody at Secaucus Police Headquarters located at 1203 Paterson Plank Road. Mr. Burkett-Keplinger was issued a copy of his warrant was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
4. On 06/24/2026 at 9:41 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Middlesex County Jail to take into custody a 27-year-old male, Isaiah Clyburn of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $5,000.00 with a 10% option along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $5,000.00 with a 10% option, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00 with a 10% option and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $5,000.00 with a 10% option. Mr. Clyburn was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
5. On 06/25/2026 at 2:03 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 32-year-old female, Estafany Garcia-Ubri of Hillside, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of South Orange, NJ in the amount of $750.00 with a 10% option. Mr. Garcia-Ubri was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.
6. On 06/25/2026 at 8:04 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Walmart located at 400 Park Plaza Drive on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 57-year-old male, Levi Huggins of Jersey City, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(2)], Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2] and Unlawful Possession of a Credit Card [2C:21-6C(1)]. Mr. Huggins was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
7. On 06/26/2026 at 2:03 PM, in furtherance of an investigation that occurred on 06/25/2026 on Hudson Avenue, the police responded to the 700 block of Hudson Avenue and took into custody a 66-year-old male, Luis Fernandes of Secaucus, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $5,000.00 with a 10% option. Mr. Fernandes was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.
8. On 06/26/2026 at 5:28 PM, Secaucus Police obtained information that an individual staying at the hotel had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. During the investigation, the police arrested a 32-year-old female, Olawunmi Yusuff of Hollis, NY for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Branchburg, NJ in the amount of $550.00. Ms. Yusuff was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently released from police custody.
9. On 06/27/20026 at 8:02 PM, Officers from the Clifton Police Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters located at 1203 Paterson Plank Road to transfer custody of a 30-year-old male, Tajay Turner of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Clifton, NJ in the amount of $3,000.00 with a 10% option. Mr. Turner was released on his own recognizance pending a future court date and he was released from police custody.
10. On 06/28/2026 at 1:00 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 38-year-old female, Emily Garcia of Paterson, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Fairfield, NJ in the amount of $550.00. Fairfield released Ms. Garcia on her own recognizance pending a future court date. Ms. Garcia was issued 6 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.
11. On 06/28/2026 at 6:10 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the Asbury Park Police Department to take into custody a 61-year-old male, James Paraula of Union City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $2,000.00 with a 10% option. Mr. Paraula was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently released from police custody.
12. On 06/28/2026 at 5:25 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 26-year-old male, Malvin Espinal-Espinal of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Delran, NJ in the amount of $1,250.00. Mr. Espinal-Espinal was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.
13. On 06/28/2026 at 7:45 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 25-year-old male, Abdallah Alharayzeh of North Bergen, NJ for Exhibiting a False Insurance Card [2C:21-2.3B]. Mr. Alharayzeh was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.
These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
