1. On 07/13/2026 at 9:20 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 33-year-old male, Shawn Mendez of Harrison, NJ for Contempt of Court [2C:29-9A]. The police also arrested a 35-year-old female, Rosa Feliciano of Harrison, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Roseland, NJ in the amount of $750.00. Feliciano was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody. Mr. Mendez was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail. 26-035319
2. On 07/14/2026 at 10:36 PM, in furtherance of an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Detective Division in relation to an incident of criminal sexual contact that occurred on 07/13/2026, Detectives responded to Lodi, NJ and took into custody a 65-year-old male, Moises Estrada of Lodi, NJ for Criminal Sexual Contact [2C:14-3B] and Endangering the Welfare of a Child [2C:24-4A(1)]. Estrada was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
3. On 07/15/2026 at 1:17 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Bergen County Jail to take into custody a 40-year-old male, Jeffrey Im of Ridgefield, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $5,000.00 with a 10% option. Im was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
4. On 07/19/2026 at 4:40 AM, Secaucus Police attempted to stop an individual riding on a moped for several observed violations. The moped failed to stop and made numerous attempts to elude the officer while the passenger on the moped fled on foot. On the same date at 05:06 AM in the area of 219 Route 3 East, the police arrested a 16-year-old male of Jersey City, NJ (passenger) for Obstruction by Flight [2C:29-1A]. The 16-year-old male was issued his juvenile complaint summons along with 3 motor vehicle summonses and was subsequently released into the custody of a responsible adult.
5. On 07/19/2026 at 4:34 PM, Secaucus Police attempted to stop a moped with several violations observed in which the operator failed to stop. The moped was located stopped at a red traffic light shortly after he eluded the police during the initial interaction. The police subsequently arrested a 16-year-old male of North Bergen, NJ for Eluding [2C:29-2B], Obstructing the Administration of Law [2C:29-1B] and Hindering Apprehension [2C:29-3B(4)] for providing false information to the police. The 16-year-old male was issued his juvenile complaint summons and he was subsequently released into the custody of a responsible adult.
These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
