May 21, 2026, approximately 10 a.m., 11th and Adams Streets. David Cummings, 47, of
Hoboken, was arrested on warrants for defiant trespassing. He was additionally charged with
criminal trespassing. He was ultimately transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility.
Responding officers included Sgt. Adam Colon, Lt. McCourt, and Police Officers William Vera,
Bianca Arroyo, and Teddy Santiago.
May 21, 2026, approximately 2:15 p.m., Hoboken Shelter, 300 Bloomfield St. Ibrahim King,
48, of Staten Island, was arrested for making terroristic threats, possession of a prescription
legend drug, unlawful possession of a weapon, and possession of a weapon for unlawful
purposes. He was also found to have a warrant out of Hoboken. After being processed at
Hoboken Police Headquarters, he was released with a new court date. Responding officers
included Sgt. Adam Colon, Detectives Fabian Quinones and Anthony Azzoline, and Police
Officers Jennifer Lee, Jonathan Figueroa, Teddy Santiago, Mark Mooreman, Anthony
Rutkowski, and Tyrone Huggins.
May 21, 2026, approximately 6:55 p.m., 300 block of Newark Street. Gagan Minhas, 32, of
Michigan, was arrested for burglary, package theft, and criminal mischief. After being processed
at Hoboken Police Headquarters, he was released with a summons. Responding officers included
Sgt. John Quinones, Sgt. Harold Milne, and Police Officers Mark Mooreman, Sheynna Vega,
Kevin Vargas, Alexander Miller, and John Lawton.
May 22, 2026, approximately 12:45 p.m., 500 block of Jackson Street. Jon Paul Allison, 37,
of Hoboken, was arrested for disorderly conduct, lewdness, possession of CDS, and obstructing
the law. He was released into custody of an area hospital with a summons. Responding officers
included Sgt. Adam Colon and Police Officers Jennifer Lee, Remy Garcia-Marte, Aidan
Gonzalez, and Shyenna Vega.
May 22, 2026, approximately 7:15 p.m., Third and Adams Streets. Alexander Figueroa, 36,
of Union City was arrested for making terroristic threats, defiant trespassing, refusal to
fingerprint, and obstructing administration of law. He was processed at Hoboken Police
Headquarters and ultimately remanded to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding
Police Officers included Matthew Bonanno, Salgado, Alexander Miller, Andrias Bonilla, and
Jessica Pizanie.
May 23, 2026, approximately 1:50 a.m., Taco Bell, 38 Hudson Pl. Sergio Fuentes-Lopez, 25,
of East Newark, was arrested for false public alarm. He was processed at Hoboken Police
Headquarters and released with a summons and court date. Responding Officers included Sgt.
John Quinones, Sgt. Roary Miller and Police Officers Mario Rodriguez, Marvin DeJesus, and
Ricky Truppner.
May 23, 2026, approximately 1:45 a.m., 300 block of Sinatra Drive. Jaspreet Singh Sandhu,
25, of Burlington, was charged with simple assault. He was released on the scene with a
summons. Responding Police Officers included Shawn Sodora and Zackary Guido.
May 24, 2026, approximately 2:50 a.m., 700 block of Jackson Street. Marcus Ruggiero, 20,
of Hoboken, was arrested and charged with obstruction, hindering, and resisting arrest. He was
released on a summons. Responding officers included Police Officers Anish Bhisey, David
Chicara, John Rodriguez, and Michael Miranda
May 24, 2026, approximately 2:55 a.m., 50 block of Newark Street. Jasson Jimenez, 29, of
Paterson, was arrested for driving while intoxicated. He issued summonses for driving while
intoxicated, reckless driving, and driving with an improper muffler. As per John’s Law, he was
released into custody of a responsible adult. Responding Police Officers included Zackary
Guido and Thomas Graziano.
May 24, 2026, approximately 12 p.m., 200 block of Garden Street and 100 block of
Washington Street. Jethro Sylverne, 29, of Hoboken, arrested for creating a false public alarm
and shoplifting. He was transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding
officers included Sgt. Adam Colon and Police Officers Christopher Hatfield, Jaydan Gonzalez
and Dylan Archilla.
May 24, 2026, approximately 5:50 p.m. 700 block of Adams Street. Jesenia Lanzo, 43, of
Hoboken was arrested for theft and burglary. She was processed at Hoboken Police Headquarters
and was found to havea warrant out of Hoboken for shopliftings. She was released on a
summons. Responding officers included Police Officers Marco Grossman, Leroy Sherrill, and
Roberto Cuevas.
May 25, 2026, approximately 1:50 a.m., Second and Garden Streets. Paula Goerge, 30, of
Bayonne, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and reckless driving. As per
John's Law, he was released into custody of a responsible party. Responding Police Officers
included Zackary Guido and Michael Miranda.
On May 26, 2026, approximately 2:40 a.m., 500 block of Jackson Street. Artic Roges, 41, of
Rochester, NY was issued summonses for improper display of license plates and improper
parking. He was also processed on open warrants out of East Brunswick and Tinton Falls. He
was released from police custody. Responding Police Officers included Donovan Ortiz and
Brandon Cappelutti.
