Rodriguez, 47, of Jersey City, was arrested on an active warrant out of Maplewood. He was
released on the scene with a new court date. Responding officers included David Smentkowski.
May 28, 2026, approximately 11 p.m., Valero Gas Station, 421 Newark St. John Doe
(provided name Christopher Moore), 40, of Hoboken was arrested for possession of drug
paraphernalia and failure to submit fingerprints. He was ultimately transported to the Hudson
County Correctional Facility. Responding Police Officers included Marvin De Jesus and Trevor
Thomas.
May 29, 2026, approximately 2:40 a.m., 300 block of Washington Street. Konrad Wiercioch,
29, of Middle Village, NY was arrested for driving while intoxicated. He was issued summonses
for driving while intoxicated, careless driving, and reckless driving. As per John's Law, he was

property, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was ultimately transported to the Hudson
