Hoboken Arrest Police Blotter: May 28, 2026 to June 3, 2026

May 28, 2026, approximately 6:50 p.m., 300 block of Bloomfield Street. Heriberto Rodriguez, 47, of Jersey City, was arrested on an active warrant out of Maplewood. He was released on the scene with a new court date. Responding officers included David Smentkowski.

May 28, 2026, approximately 11 p.m., Valero Gas Station, 421 Newark St. John Doe (provided name Christopher Moore), 40, of Hoboken was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to submit fingerprints. He was ultimately transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding Police Officers included Marvin De Jesus and Trevor Thomas.

May 29, 2026, approximately 2:40 a.m., 300 block of Washington Street. Konrad Wiercioch, 29, of Middle Village, NY was arrested for driving while intoxicated. He was issued summonses for driving while intoxicated, careless driving, and reckless driving. As per John's Law, he was released into custody of a responsible adult. Responding officers included Sgt. Daniel Grossi and Police Officer David Smentkowski.

May 29, 2026, approximately 3:10 a.m., 100 block of Third Street. Michael Florianmanzano, 20, of Woodridge, was arrested for driving while intoxicated. He was issued summonses for driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, delaying traffic, and open container. As per John’s Law, he was released into the custody of a responsible party. Responding officers included Sgt. Daniel Grossi and Police Officers Zackary Guido and Carmen Benitez.

May 29, 2026, approximately 2:50 p.m., 400 block of Sinatra Drive. Jokari Birdsong, 32, of Miami, Fl., was issued a summons for disorderly conduct and released the scene. Responding Police Officers included William Vega and Teddy Santiago.

May 29, 2026, approximately 4:45 p.m., 300 block of Jackson Street. Darius Darden, 22, of Hoboken was arrested for distribution of CDS, possession with intent to distribute within 500 feet of certain public property, possession of CDS with intent to distribute on or near school property, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was ultimately transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding officers included David Smentkowski and Mario Rodriguez.

May 29, 2026, approximately 11 p.m., Fourth and Hudson Streets. Chase Thompson, 19, of Jersey City, was arrested for driving while intoxicated. He was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, and open alcohol containers. As per John's Law, he was released into custody of a responsible party. Responding Police Officers included Valentino Salgado, Bianca Arroyo, Alexander Miller, John Lawton, and Adrian Comayagua.

May 30, 2026, approximately 12:30 a.m., 200 block of Washington Street. Naya Garcia, 19, of Newark, was arrested for disorderly conduct and obstructing the administration of law. She was released with a summons. Responding Police Officers included Trevor Thomas and Marvin Dejesus.

May 30, 2026, approximately 1:50 a.m., 200 block of Hudson Street. Nyaisha Morales, 27, of Paterson, was arrested for driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, and open container in vehicle. As per John’s Law, she was released into the custody of a responsible adult. Responding Police Officers included Geovanni Cruzado, Shawn Sodora, and Zachary Guido.

May 30, 2026, approximately 4:25 p.m., Hoboken Shelter, 300 Bloomfield St. Jethro Sylverne, 29, of Jersey City was arrested for defiant trespassing. He was released on a summons. Responding Police Officers included Roberto Cuevas and Mario Rodriguez.

May 30, 2026, approximately 6:10 p.m., 300 block of Bloomfield Street. Alexis Griffith, 34, of Union City, was given a special complaint summons for defiant trespassing. He was released on the scene. Responding Police Officers included Mario Rodriguez, Roberto Cuevas, and Marco Grossman.

May 31, 2026, approximately 2:10 a.m., 100 block of First Street. Charles Kahora-Beard, 29, of Willingboro, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault. Jeffrey Beard 30, of Staten Island, was charged with simple assault. Both were released on summonses. Responding Police Officers included Alyssa Rivera, Thomas Graziano, Stephen Chowanec, and Trevor Thomas.

May 31, 2026, approximately 9:20 a.m., 600 block of Grand Street. Sean Conroy, 50, of Freehold, was arrested for simple assault. He was released with a summons. Responding officers included Sgt. Steven Kranz and Police Officers William Vega, Andrias Bonilla, Teddy Santiago, and Aaron Font.

June 1, 2026, approximately 1:40 a.m., 400 block of Marshall Drive. Adriel Acostafranco, 21, of Guttenberg, was arrested on six outstanding warrants out of Guttenberg. He was ultimately transported to Guttenberg Police Headquarters. Responding Police Officers included Anish Bhisey and Shawn Sodora.

June 1, 2026, approximately 11:30 a.m., Second and Jackson Streets. Edger Najera, 31, of Hoboken, was arrested on three outstanding warrants; one out of Weehawken, one out of North Bergen, and one out of West New York. He was additionally charged with possession of CDS, possession of drug paraphernalia, and bail jumping. After being processed at Hoboken Police Headquarters, he was transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding Police Officers included Harry Montalvo and Rose Kanan.

June 1, 2026, approximately 12:10 p.m., Hoboken Police Headquarters. Robert Crute, 39, of Bayonne was arrested in Bayonne and transported to Hoboken Police Headquarters for processing on a warrant out of Hoboken for the original charge of consumption of alcoholic beverages in public. He was transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding Police Officers included Aaron Font and Bianca Arroyo.

June 1, 2026, approximately 2:35 p.m., 900 block of Jackson Street. George Guzman, 53, of Jersey City, was arrested on a warrant out of Hoboken for package theft. He was additionally charged with possession of CDS and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was ultimately transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding Police Officers included Harry Montalvo and Rose Kanan.

June 2, 2026, approximately 5 a.m., 13th and Madison Streets. David Cummings, 47, of Hoboken, was arrested on a warrant out of North Bergen. He was transported to North Bergen Police Headquarters. Responding officers included Lt. Francis McCourt and Police Officers Thomas Graziano and David Chicara.

June 2, 2026, approximately 8:50 a.m., Hoboken Police Headquarters. Drucilla Parker walked into Hoboken Police Headquarters to be processed on a theft charge related to an incident on March 6, 2026. After processing, she was released. Responding Police Officers included Jaydan Gonzalez.

June 3, 2025, approximately 5:30 p.m. Ahmed Romer, 25, of Irvington, was picked up in Middlesex County on three warrants out of Hoboken for the original charges of shoplifting and defiant trespassing. He was taken to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding Police Officers included Ahmed Makshat and Matthew Bonanno.
