July 13, 2026 – Warrant Arrest
On Monday, July 13, 2026, at1853 hours P.O. Nicole Yamuca conducted a motor vehicle stop for tinted windows. A license plate inquiry determined that the registered owner also had an outstanding warrant out of Harrison for $1,000 full bail. The driver of the vehicle was asked for the proper paperwork, and it was confirmed that the driver was the registered owner. Mr. Victor Mesia was placed under arrest, processed, posted bail & was released pending his court appearance.
July 14, 2026 – Drinking in public / warrant arrest
On Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at 1238 hours, PO Jared Hoholick was dispatched to a male party drinking in public in the area of South 3rd Street & Harrison Avenue. Upon arrival at that location, it was observed that the male party was laying on the ground with a beer next to him. The male party now identified as Mr. Nestor Navarro, was issued a town ordinance for driving in public & was also found to have an outstanding warrant out of Harrison for $1,000. Mr. Navarro was placed under arrest, transported to police headquarters for processing & transported to the Hudson County Correctional Center.
July 16, 2026 – Shoplifting Arrest
At approximately 0929 hours, Harrison Police units were dispatched to the Walgreens on a report of a shoplifting. The license plate number and description of the vehicle the actor fled in was broadcasted to responding units. Officers located the vehicle and conducted a motor vehicle stop on Cape May Street. The suspect, now identified as Shelby Burns was placed under arrest after being found to be in possession of the stolen merchandise. She was transported to HPD HQ for processing and later transported to the Hudson County Correctional Center.
July 16, 2026 – Warrant Arrest
At approximately 2009 hours, PO Castellano conducted a motor vehicle stop on a blue 2007 Acura MD in the 7-ELEVEN parking lot after a random license plate inquiry revealed that the registered owner Mr. Ismael F. Gonzalez, had one active ATS Warrant out of Roxbury for $2500. The operator of the vehicle was confirmed to be Mr. Gonzalez who was then placed under arrest. He was later released on his own recognizance pending a future court date.
July 16, 2026 – Warrant Arrest
At approximately 0733 hours, PO Barbosa conducted a traffic stop on a 2011 Toyota Camery after a random license plate inquiry revealed that the registered owner of the vehicle had an active NCIC want out of the Hudson County Sheriffs and one (1) active ACS warrant out of Jersey City PD. Upon making contact with the driver, it was confirmed that she was the owner, Ms. Racher Outlaw. Ms. Outlaw was placed under arrest and later transported to the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office.
July 18, 2026 – DWI Arrest
At approximately 0132 hours, PO Titterington conducted a motor vehicle stop on a red Jeep Grand Cherokee due to the vehicle having heavily tinted windows driving without its headlights illuminated. The driver, Mr. Akeem Tyre displayed signs of intoxication. He was arrested for DWI, processed and issued multiple summonses before being released to a responsible party.
July 19, 2026 - Warrant Arrest
On 7/19/2026 at 2238 hours, P.O. Anthony Cecere, assisted by P.O. Santiago Gomez, conducted a motor vehicle stop that resulted in the arrest of Solis Herrera, who had an active Kearny warrant with $1,000 full cash bail. Mr. Herrera was processed, posted bail & was released pending his scheduled court appearance.
July 20, 2026 - Warrant Arrest
On 7/20/2026 at 2105 hours, P.O. Nicole Yamuca, assisted by P.O. Alex Naprawa, conducted a motor vehicle stop that resulted in the arrest of Harrison Grant. Mr. Grant had an active Little Egg Harbor Township warrant, with $550 full cash bail. Mr. Grant was processed & released on his own recognizance pending his scheduled court appearance.
July 21, 2026 – Warrant Arrest
On 7/21/2026 at 0800 hours, P.O. Christian Vargas, assisted by P.O. Jared Hoholick & PO Michael O'Donnell Jr., conducted a motor vehicle stop that resulted in the arrest of Andre Walker. Mr. Walker had an active ATS contempt warrant out of Irvington, NJ. Mr. Walker was processed, issued several motor vehicle summonses & transported to Irvington PD for his outstanding warrant.
July 21, 2026 – Warrant Arrest
On 7/21/2026 at 1112 hours, P.O. Christian Vargas, assisted by P.O. Luann Oliviera, conducted a motor vehicle stop that resulted in the arrest of Roberto St. Juste, who had an active Morris Plains warrant, with $2,500 full cash bail. Mr. St. Juste was processed and released into the custody of Morris Plains Police Department.
July 21, 2026 – Warrant Arrest
On 7/21/2026 at 1516 hours, P.O. Christian Vargas, assisted by Sgt. Freddy Lecca & P.O. Luann Oliviera, conducted a motor vehicle stop that resulted in the arrest of Marcus Anderson. Mr. Anderson had active warrants out of Bethlehem Township, Middletown Township & the City of Newark. Mr. Anderson was processed, issued several motor vehicle summonses & released on his own recognizance pending his scheduled court appearances.
July 21, 2026 – Warrant Arrest
On 7/21/2026 at 1947 hours, P.O. Gerard Castellano, assisted by P.O. Alex Naprawa, conducted a motor vehicle stop that resulted in the arrest of Wilmer Baten-Tzoc. Mr. Baten-Tzoc had an active City of Newark warrant, with $550 full cash bail. Mr. Baten-Tzoc was processed, issued one motor vehicle summons & released on his own recognizance pending his scheduled court appearance.
July 21, 2026 – Warrant Arrest
On 7/21/2026 at 2238 hours, P.O. Janathan Puglla, assisted by P.O. Javier Sojos, conducted a motor vehicle stop that resulted in the arrest of Victoria Fragale. Ms. Fragale had an active warrant out of South Hackensack in the amount of $1,000 full cash bail. Ms. Fragale was processed, issued two summonses & released on her own recognizance pending her scheduled court appearance.
July 23, 2026 – Warrant Arrest
At approximately 0120 hours, PO Gangi placed Mr. Heriberto Camacho under arrest for an active ACS warrant out of our jurisdiction for $1000 - full bail. Mr. Camacho was processed and later transported to the Hudson County Correctional Center.

At approximately 0247 hours, PO Soltis and PO Maitin responded to the Dover Police Department for the warrant pickup of Mr. Maurice Bryant, who had an outstanding ATS warrant out of our jurisdiction in the amount of $1,000.00 full bail. Upon their arrival, they advised Mr. Bryant that he would be placed under arrest due to the active warrant. He was then transported to the Hudson County Correctional Center.
July 23, 2026 – Warrant Arrest
At approximately 1847 hours, PO Gangi conducted a traffic stop on a Jeep Grand Cherokee after a random license plate inquiry revealed that the registered owner had an active ATS warrant issued by Hillside Twp in the amount of $1,000.00. Upon contact with the driver, it was confirmed that she was the registered owner, Ms. Yokasta Salvador Reyes. Ms. Reyes was advised of the active warrant and placed under arrest. She was later released on her own recognizance pending a future court date.
July 23, 2026 – DWI Arrest
At approximately 0145 hours while on a directed patrol of Cape May Extension, PO Delgado observed a Ford Explorer parked in the River Side Park lot that was running, but appeared to be unoccupied. Upon further investigation, PO Delgado observed two male parties asleep in the back seat. While speaking with the male parties, they both displayed signs of intoxication. Mr. Jefferson E Cagua Cagua admitted to operating the vehicle and was then placed under arrest for DWI. After processing, he was released to a responsible party.
July 25, 2026 – Warrant Arrest
At approximately 1902 hours, PO Naprawa conducted a traffic stop on a red Toyota after a random license plate inquiry revealed that the registered owner had an active ATS warrant issued by Carteret in the amount of $1,000.00. Upon contact with the driver, it was confirmed that he was the registered owner, Mr. Ademar Pires was advised of the active warrant and placed under arrest. He was transported to police headquarters; processed, posted bail & was provided a future court date.
July 26, 2026 - Eluding & several motor vehicle summonses issued
At approximately 0034 hours multiple officers observed a male party operating a dirt bike recklessly on FER Blvd South. When officers attempted to stop the male party, he continued to drive reckless throughout the town by driving on sidewalks, through redlights & on the wrong side of the road. The male was eventually located in front of 23 Cleveland Ave trying to conceal himself from the officers. The driver, Mr. Edwin Pacheco-Castillo was placed under arrest, charged with eluding & obstruction, processed and released on a summons complaint. Mr. Pacheco-Castillo was also issued 12 motor vehicle summonses.
July 26, 2026 - Warrant Arrest
At approximately 1650 hours, PO Hoholick observed a red Hyundai sedan delaying traffic & then proceed to make an improper left turn at the intersection of FER Blvd South & Angelo Cifelli Drive. A motor vehicle stop was conducted at South 3rd St & Angelo Cifelli Drive. During the stop, PO Hoholick was advised by dispatch that the driver, Ms. Tiara Castaing, had an outstanding out of Passaic County in the amount of $750.00 & the vehicles registration was suspended. Ms. Castaing was placed under arrest, processed & released on her own recognizance with a new court from Passaic City Municipal Court. She was also issued four motor vehicle summonses.
July 29, 2026 – Warrant Arrest
At approximately 21:45 hours, while patrolling the area of Frank E. Rodgers Blvd S, PO Rueda conducted a random license plate inquiry on a 2018 Grand Cherokee which revealed that the registered owner had one (1) active ATS warrant out of Harrison. He conducted a motor vehicle stop at which time he met with the driver, Ms. Romina L. Rubio Alvarez, who was found to have an active ATS warrant out of Kearny in the amount of $1000.00. Ms. Alvarez was advised of the active warrant and placed under arrest. Ms. Alvarez was processed and transported to Kearny Police Department.
July 30, 2026 – Shoplifting Arrest
At approximately 0810 hours, PO Barbosa responded to the Quick Chek on a report of a shoplifting. While canvassing the immediate area, he was able to locate an individual that matched the description of the suspect. Upon contact, the suspect, now identified as Mr. Elijah Wilson admitted to taking items without paying. Mr. Wilson was placed under arrest and transported to HPD HQ for processing. He was later transported to the Hudson County Correctional Center pending a future court date.
July 30, 2026 – Criminal Mischief Arrest
At approximately 1236 hours, PO Montoya and PO Barbosa were dispatched to 333 Harrison Avenue on a report of a verbal dispute. Upon arrival, they met with staff members, who stated that Mr. James Taylor had punched the office window, causing damage. Mr. Taylor was placed under arrest and transported to HPD HQ for processing. Mr. Taylor was later released on a summons pending a future court date.
July 30, 2026 – Warrant Arrest
At approximately 2013 while on a directed patrol of Somerset St, PO Delgado conducted a traffic stop on a 2012 black Chrysler delaying traffic. The registered owner, Ms. Zoi N Kamara was found to have one active ATS warrant out of Parsippany $1000.00 USD, 10% allowed). Ms. Kamara was placed under arrest for the active warrant and brought to HPD HQ for processing. She was later released after bail was posted on her behalf.
