Join Miss Shelley of Every Little Thing Yoga for a lovely indoor Chair Yoga class. We will gently move our bodies, encouraging mobility and flexibility, and find some peace together in a fully-supported, adaptable class. This is a class for all abilities and capabilities - no experience is needed and Shelley provides lots of adaptable variations for all poses. Registration is required per class.

Mondays at 5:30pm and Saturdays at 10:30am. ​Open to all levels of practice. Please bring your own yoga mat and any props you may need, such as yoga blocks, straps, or bolster blankets. $5 per class. No Registration necessary. The Library has 2 yoga mats available for check out. Our Yoga mats are cleaned after each class.​​

13. 4 Mile Run in Rutherford - meet at Rutherford Train Station

This will be a 4 mile run or so through the streets of Rutherford. If you want a completely flat run, this run's not for you as there are gradual uphills and downhills throughout the run. You are strongly encouraged to wear reflective gear. We run in the street and anything we can do to make ourselves more visible to drivers can only improve our safety. Safety first!
