June 4, 2026, approximately 6:10 a.m., 200 block of Washington Street. Jermaine Samuels,
44, of Hoboken, was arrested on a warrant out of Hudson County Superior Court for the original
charge of aggravated assault. He was also issued a summon for littering. Samuels was ultimately
transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding officers included Sgt.
Daniel Grossi and Police Officers Dominick Allegretta, Donovan Ortiz, Brandon Cappelluti and
Anish Bhisey.
June 4, 2026, approximately 2:10 p.m., 300 block of Washington Street. Jeron Ransom, 27,
of Bayonne, was arrested for stalking. He was remanded to the Hudson County Correctional
Facility. Responding officers included Sgt. Michael Losurdo and Police Officers Rose Kanan
and Christopher Barral.
June 4, 2026, approximately 5:35 p.m., 50 block of Washington Street. Joshua Jackson, 36,
of Jersey City, was arrested on active warrants out of Hoboken for theft. He was processed at
Hoboken Police Headquarters and later transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility.
Responding officers included Sgt. Michael Losurdo and Police Officers Matthew Bonanno,
Christopher Barral, and William Vera.
June 5, 2026, approximately 8:45 a.m., 50 block of Hudson Place. Jachia Rodriguez, 38, of
Hoboken, was arrested on a warrant out of Lee County Sheriff's Office. She was also issued a
summons for trespassing and released on the scene. Responding Police Officers included Harry
Montalvo and Daniel Barron.
June 6, 2026, approximately 3:05 p.m., 200 block of Washington Street. Rackwon Willis, 25,
of Jersey City, was arrested on an active warrant out of Hudson County for the original offense
of making terroristic threats. He was also issued a summons for failure to observe a signal. He
was ultimately released into the custody of Hudson County Sheriff Officers. Responding Police
Officers included David Smentkowski.
June 6, 2026, approximately 3:10 a.m., First and Court Streets. Luis Perez, 19, of Hoboken,
was arrested for driving while intoxicated and reckless driving. As per John's Law, he was
released into the custody of a responsible party. Responding Police Officers included Carmen
Benitez, Donovan Ortiz, Domenick Allegretta and Adrian Comayagua.
June 6, 2026, approximately 10:50 a.m., 200 block of Marshall Street. Victor Rivera, 50, of
Jersey City, was arrested on an active warrant out of Jersey City and another out of Hudson
County Superior Court. He was additionally charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. He
was remanded to Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding Police Officers included
Rose Kanan and William Vera.
June 6, 2026, approximately 11:35 a.m., ShopRite, 900 Madison St. Christina Sanchez, 27, of
Guttenberg, was arrested for shoplifting, possession of drug paraphernalia, and credit card theft.
She was remanded to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding Police Officers
included Daniel Barron and Teddy Santiago.
June 6, 2026, approximately 6:20 p.m., 200 block of 14th Street. Gilberto Rodriguez, 31, of
Fort Lee, was arrested for obstructing. He was released on a summons. Responding Police

Hoboken, was arrested for defiant trespassing. He was released with a summons. Responding

June 7, 2026, approximately 2:30 a.m., Mad Hatter, 221 Washington St. Joshua Bueso, 24,
of Union City, was arrested for disorderly conduct. After processing at Hoboken Police
Headquarters, he was released on a summons. Responding officers included Sgt. John Quinones
and Police Officers Qlyssa Rivera and Thomas Graziano.
June 7, 2026, approximately 8:40 a.m., CVS, 59 Washington St. Peter Jerome, 35, of
Hoboken, was arrested for shoplifting. He was also found to have a warrant out of Hoboken for
shoplifting and another out of Hudson County Superior Court. He was transported to the Hudson
County Correctinal Facility. Responding Police Officers included Aaron Font, Remy Garcia-Marte, Mark Mooreman, Ryan Capogna, Joseph Dimartino, and Jennifer Lee.
June 7, 2026, approximately 10:25 a.m., CVS, 59 Washington St. Kenneth Veras, 42, of
Union City, was arrested for shoplifting and possession of drug paraphernalia. He also had
warrants out of Jersey City and Middlesex County. After processing at Hoboken Police
Headquarters, he was taken to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding Police
Officers included William Vera, Brandon Fitzgibbons, Teddy Santiago, Aaron Font, and Joe
Martino.
June 7, 2026, approximately 3 p.m., Hoboken Police Headquarters. Justin Tyler, 48, of
Jersey City was transported from Jersey City Police Department to Hoboken Police Headquarters
to be processed on an active warrant for criminal sexual contact that took place on June 5, 2026.
He was transported to Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding Police Officers
included Jessica Pizanie and Andrias Bonilla.
June 7, 2026, approximately 5:50 p.m., 1300 block of Grand Street. Cornell Howard, 39, of
Hoboken, was arrested for aggravated assault on a police officer, resisting arrest, and
obstruction. He was ultimately transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility.

Hoboken, was arrested for shoplifting. After processing at Hoboken Police Headquarters, he was

June 9, 2026, approximately 1:45 a.m., 12th and Bloomfield Streets. Gian-Carlos Escobar,
22, of Union City, was arrested on a warrant out of Scotch Plains. He was also issued a summons
for driving with a suspended license. He was released from custody on bail. Responding Police

June 9, 2026, approximately 3:45 p.m., 300 block of River Street. Abdou Amoussa, 22, of the
Bronx, was arrested for hindering apprehension. He was also issued a summons for careless
driving, failure to observe a signal, failure to stop, and failure to have an e-delivery commercial
license while making e-deliveries within the City of Hoboken. He was released with a court date
after being processed at Hoboken Police Headquarters. Responding officers included Sgt.

June 9, 2026, approximately. 5:15 p.m., 100 block of 13th Street. Miles McDonald, 27, of
Hoboken, was arrested for inhaling toxic chemicals for the purpose of intoxication. He was
released with a summons. Responding Police Officers included Michael Chen and John
Rodriguez.
June 10, 2026, approximately 3:50 a.m., Hoboken Police Headquarters. Cory Grant, 37, of
Newark, was arrested on multiple warrants in Irvington, including one out of Hoboken for a
traffic summons. Irvington Police transported him to Hoboken Police Headquarters for
processing, and he was ultimately taken to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding
Police Officers included Carmen Benitez, Shawn Sodora, and Thomas Graziano.
June 10, 2026, approximately 3:20 p.m., Hoboken Shelter, 300 Bloomfield St. Craig
Jefferson, 29, of Hoboken, was arrested on a warrant out of Hoboken for possession of an open
alcoholic container and one from Hudson County for robbery threat. He was processed at
Hoboken Police Headquarters and transported to the Hudson County Sheriffs Office for
processing on the robbery complaint. Responding Police Officers included Harry Montalvo,

Hoboken, was arrested for criminal sexual contact and possession of CDS. He was released on
