1. On 08/17/2026 at 2:42 PM, in furtherance of an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Department Detective Division in relation to an incident of Credit Card Fraud that occurred at Best Buy located at 3 Mill Creek Drive on 07/21/2026, the police arrested a 24-year-old male, Sara Khadke of Jersey City, NJ for Unlawful Use of Credit Cards [2C:21-6H] and Theft of Property Lost/Mislaid [2C:20-6A]. Khadke was taken into custody at Secaucus Police Headquarters located at 1203 Paterson Plank Road. Mr. Khadke was processed on his complaint summons and was released from police custody.
2. On 08/17/2026 at 11:07 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the Bergen County Jail to take into custody a 40-year-old male, Jeffrey Im of Palisades Park, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $2,500.00. Im was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
3. On 08/20/2026 at 3:59 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the parking lot of the Extended Stay Hotel located at 1 Meadowlands Parkway on a report of an individual possibly attempting to break into a motor vehicle. During the investigation, the police arrested a 27-year-old male, Anthony Giordano of Watchung, NJ for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of the Stroudsburg Sherriff’s Office with no bail, 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of the Stroud Area Regional Police Department with no bail, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Hoboken, NJ in the amount of $6,000.00 with a 10% option, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of the Scotch Plains, NJ in the amount of $1,500.00 with a 10% option, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of South Plainfield, NJ in the amount of $1,500.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Bedminster, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00. Giordano was also charged with Being a Fugitive from Justice [2A:160-10]. Mr. Giordano was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
4. On 08/20/2026 at 8:49 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 28-year-old male, Rakir Jones of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $750.00. Jones was unable to post bail for the involved warrant. Mr. Jones was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses and officers from the Jersey City Police Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters and took custody of Mr. Jones for transport back to their agency.
5. On 08/21/2026 at 4:34 PM, Secaucus Police stopped a bicycle in the area of Secaucus Road and Enterprise Ave for operating the bicycle carelessly on the roadway. During the stop of the bicycle, the police arrested a 50-year-old male, Eduardo Perez of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued by the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office with no bail. Mr. Perez was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
6. On 08/22/2026 at 1:50 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the area of 450 Plaza Drive on a report of a lost cellphone. It was reported to the police that the victim had believed that the individual who had possession of the cellphone was at that location. During the investigation, the police arrested a 56-year-old male, Bruce Davis of Glassboro, NJ for Theft of Property Lost/Mislaid [2C:20-6A]. Davis was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Stratford, NJ in the amount of $600.00 with a 10% option along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Ephraim, NJ in the amount of $100.00 with a 10% option. Mr. Davis was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
7. On 08/23/2026 at 5:04 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the area of Route 3 East and Meadowlands Parkway on a report of a motor vehicle crash. During the investigation, the police arrested a 23-year-old male, Dennis Flores of Union City, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Flores was issued 3 motor vehicle summonses and he was released into the custody of a responsible adult.
8. On 08/23/2026 at 1:52 PM, Secaucus Police arrested a 32-year-old female, Shivangi Tandon of Secaucus, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00 with a 10% option. Tandon was arrested at Secaucus Police Headquarters located at 1203 Paterson Plank Road. Ms. Tandon was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.
These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
