On 05/20/2020 at 12:11 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 24 year old female, Doniesha Coar of Mount Laurel, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $100.00. Ms. Coar was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On 05/20/2020 at 8:54 PM, Secaucus Police responded to 1000 New County Road on a report of a theft of a motor vehicle. During the investigation, the police arrested a 38 year old male, Junior Fernandez of Secaucus, NJ and a 37 year old male, Pedro Gamez-Reyes of Passaic, NJ for Receiving Stolen Property [2C:20-7A], Conspiracy [2C:5-2A(1)] and Trespassing [2C:18-3A]. Mr. Gamez-Reyes was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Union City, NJ in the amount of $500.00, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of West New York, NJ in the amount of $300.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Maywood, NJ in the amount of $500.00. Mr. Gamez-Reyes was further charged with Hindering Apprehension [2C:29-3B(4)] for providing false information to law enforcement. Mr. Gamez-Reyes was served his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail. Mr. Fernandez was served his complaint warrant along with 3 motor vehicle summonses and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 05/21/2020 at 6:19 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 19 year old male, Trevor Serrano of Union City, NJ for two counts of Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana over 50 grams [2C:35-10A(3)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Mr. Serrano was served his complaint summons along with 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.

On 05/23/2020 at 9:21 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 26 year old male, Boris Nolasco of Jersey City, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Mr. Nolasco was served his complaint summons along with 5 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On 05/23/2020 at 3:03 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the area of Route 3 West on a report of a motor vehicle accident. During the investigation, the police arrested a 30 year old male, Tercell Rogers of Brooklyn, NY for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $100.00. Mr. Rogers was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On 05/24/2020 at 9:16 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 15 year old juvenile male of Bronx, NY for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)]. The juvenile was served his juvenile complaint summons and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

These charges are merely accusations and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
