On 05/25/2020 at 7:21 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the Meadowlands Plaza Hotel located at 40 Wood Avenue on a report of an individual acting disorderly. During the investigation, the police arrested a 36 year old male, Mispy Soto of Paterson, NJ for Criminal Mischief [2C:17-3A(1)]. Mr. Soto was also found to have one outstanding warrant issued out of Paterson, NJ in the amount of $750.00. Mr. Soto was served his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 05/26/2020 at 3:45 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 33 year old male, Felix Cruz Armengolt of Jersey City, NJ for Exhibiting a False Government Document [2C:21-2.1C]. Mr. Cruz Armengolt was served his complaint summons along with 3 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On 05/28/2020 at 3:47 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 33 year old male, Amir Halley of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $200.00. Mr. Halley was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.

On 05/28/2020 at 9:32 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the area of Harmon Meadow Boulevard on a report of a motor vehicle accident. During the investigation, the police arrested an 18 year old female, Madison Sedell of Secaucus, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Ms. Sedell was served her motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with 5 additional motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

On 05/29/2020 at 8:28 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the area of 700 Plaza Drive on a report of an individual who was unconscious in a motor vehicle. During the investigation, the police arrested a 29 year old male, Jason Rivera of Garfield, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50], Being Under the Influence of a CDS believed to be Methamphetamine [2C:35-10B], Resisting Arrest [2C:29-2A(3)(A)], Possession of a Prescription Legend Drug [2C:35-10.5E(2)], Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2], Possession of a Hypodermic Needle [2C:36-6A] and Hindering Apprehension [2C:29-3B(4)] for providing false information. Mr. Rivera was also found to have 2 outstanding warrants issued out of Carlstadt, NJ in the amount of $5,000.00, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Garfield, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Passaic, NJ in the amount of $500.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $350.00. Mr. Rivera was served his complaint warrant along with 6 motor vehicle summonses and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 05/29/2020 at 8:42 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 27 year old male, Atiqullah Jamali of Linden, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)]. Mr. Jamali was served his complaint summons along with 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On 05/30/2020 at 10:28 AM, Secaucus Police responded to CVS located at 101 Plaza Centre Road on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 56 year old male, Patrick Spencer of Jersey City, NJ for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Mr. Spencer was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $150.00. Mr. Spencer was served his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 05/30/2020 at 10:05 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 37 year old male, Doniyor Marupov of Brooklyn, NY for Possession of CDS believed to be Methamphetamine [2C:35-10A(1)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. The police also arrested a 33 year old female, Melissa Rosen of Brooklyn, NY for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2] and a 34 year old male, Konstantine Shurigin of Weirton, West Virginia for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of the Palisades Interstate Parkway Police Department in the amount of $1,000.00. Both Mr. Marupov and Ms. Rosen were served their complaint summonses and were released from police custody. The Palisades Interstate Parkway Police Department did release Mr. Shurigin on his own recognizance pending a future court date and was released from police custody.

On 05/31/2020 at 3:27 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 53 year old male, Michael Stella of Secaucus, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Bay Head, NJ in the amount of $350.00 with a 10% option. The Bay Head Police Department did release Mr. Stella on his own recognizance pending a future court date and was released from police custody.

These charges are merely accusations and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
