On 06/29/2020 at 12:59 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 23 year old male, Leoncio Batista-Rijo of West New York, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Irvington, NJ in the amount of $200.00. Mr. Batista-Rijo was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 3 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On 06/29/2020 at 7:28 PM, a 31 year old male, Christopher Ynfante-Sanchez entered Secaucus Police Headquarters to be processed for a complaint summons issued on 06/18/2020 for the charges of Theft by Deception [2C:20-4] and Conspiracy [2C:5-2A(1)]. Mr. Ynfante-Sanchez was processed for both charges and was released from police custody.

On 06/30/2020 at 9:51 PM, Officer’s from the Hoboken Police Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters to transfer custody of a 55 year old male, Aurelio Mallari of Hoboken, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $2,500.00. Mr. Mallari was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 06/30/2020 at 10:30 PM, Secaucus Police responded to UPS located at 493 County Avenue to take into custody a 37 year old male, Darwin Herrera of Lodi, NJ for Invasion of Privacy [2C:14-9C] for an incident that occurred at UPS on 06/27/2020. Mr. Herrera was served his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On 07/01/2020 at 9:40 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the Rodeway Inn located at 155 Route 3 East on a report of children being left unattended in a room. During the investigation, the police arrested a 31 year old female, Lacondria Burley of Jersey City, NJ for 2 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child [2C:24-4A(2)]. Ms. Burley was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Irvington, NJ in the amount of $200.00. The Irvington Police Department did release Ms. Burley on her own recognizance for the involved warrant. Ms. Burley was issued her complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On 07/01/2020 at 9:54 PM, Secaucus Police observed a male involved in suspicious activity on the 200 block of Maple Street. During the investigation, the police arrested a 43 year old male, Eric Buesing of Secaucus, NJ for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Mr. Buesing was served his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On 07/02/2020 at 3:17 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Red Roof Inn located at 15 Meadowlands Parkway on a report of a suspicious incident possibly involving prostitution. During the investigation, the police arrested a 24 year old male, Jonathan Ho of Brooklyn, NY for Engaging in Prostitution [2C:34-1B(1)], Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. The police also arrested a 21 year old female, Mariyah Maisonet of Kearny, NJ for Engaging in Prostitution [2C:34-1B(8)]. Both Mr. Ho and Ms. Maisonet were served their complaint summonses and were released from police custody.

On 07/02/2020 at 10:27 PM, Secaucus Police observed a male on Clarendon Street who was believed to have an outstanding warrant. During the investigation, the police arrested a 27 year old male, William Shutte of Secaucus, NJ for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office with no bail. Mr. Shutte was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Sherriff’s Office.

On 07/03/2020 at 12:05 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 27 year old male, Cody Cordero of Paterson, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Saddle Brook, NJ in the amount of $500.00. Mr. Cordero was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On 07/03/2020 at 10:33 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 31 year old male, Alexander Duque of Secaucus, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)]. Mr. Duque was served his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On 07/04/2020 at 3:12 AM, Secaucus Police observed a suspicious vehicle parked in the parking deck at 200 Millcreek Drive. During the investigation, the police arrested a 25 year old female, Sondus Abdallah of North Bergen, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Marijuana [2C:35-10A(4)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Ms. Abdallah was issued her complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On 07/05/2020 at 6:16 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the 300 block of Sea Isle Key on a report of a dispute. The Secaucus Police conducted a motor vehicle stop of the vehicle involved in the incident in the area of 300 Route 3 East. During the investigation, the police arrested a 37 year old male, Michael Kurasz of Harrison, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Crack Cocaine [2C:35-10A(1)], Possession of CDS believed to be Heroin [2C:35-10A(1)] and Possession of a Hypodermic Needle [2C:36-6A]. Mr. Kurasz was issued his complaint warrant along with 1 motor vehicle summons and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

These charges are merely accusations and the defendants is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
