Posted Fri, Jul 24, 2020, By Staff Writer
Good news. There was only one new case of COVID-19 reported this week. Plus, no new coronavirus related deaths were reported. So the curve continues to remain flat in Secaucus. See the details in the graph below. (Click on any of the data points to see daily statistics.)

With the one additional case this week, the total number of COVID-19 cases reported in Secaucus is now at 643. This is a mere 0.2% increase from last week's 642 cases. So all in all, things are looking good in Secaucus despite the fact that the number of new cases are surging in other parts of the country. There has always been the possibility that New Jersey will see a second wave of the virus as people in the southern states travel northward. But so far, there is no indication that this is happening at all. Let's just hope things stay this way, especially with summer half over and flu season (which also implies coronavirus season) right around the corner.
