Secaucus Police Blotter 02/22/2021 - 02/28/2021

On 02/22/2021 at 12:21 AM, Secaucus Police responded to NJ State Highway Route 3 West in the area of Meadowlands Parkway on a report of a motor vehicle crash. During the investigation, the police arrested a 36 year old female, Jasmeekah Williams of Paterson, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Ms. Williams was issued her motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with 7 additional motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

On 02/22/2021 at 3:05 PM in furtherance of an investigation being conducted by the Secaucus Police Department in regards to a Robbery that occurred at the Walmart located at 400 Park Plaza Drive on 02/21/2021 at 2:47 PM, the police responded to the Hilton Garden Inn located at 875 Route 3 East and arrested a 34 year old male, Robin Harrison of Norwalk, CT for Robbery [2C:15-1A(1)]. Mr. Harrison was further charged with Possession of CDS believed to be Methamphetamine [2C:35-10A(1)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Mr. Harrison was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 02/24/2021 at 2:32 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 41 year old male, Derrol Hickman of Brooklyn, NY for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Hickman was served his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with 4 additional motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

On 02/24/2021 at 7:28 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the Red Roof Inn located at 15 Meadowlands Parkway on a report of a rental vehicle that was not returned in time that was located in the parking lot. During the investigation, the police arrested a 23 year old male, Thomas Annasingh of Far Rockaway, NY for Exhibiting a False Government Document [2C:21-2.1C] and Possessing a False Government Document [2C:21-2.1D]. Mr. Annasingh was also found to have an outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of Wilkes-Barre, PA with no bail. Mr. Annasingh was further charged with being a Fugitive from Justice [2A:160-10]. Mr. Annasingh was issued his complaint warrants and were subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 02/25/2021 at 12:31 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 32 year old male, Jonathan Valle of Mount Vernon, NY for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Valle was further charged with Hindering Apprehension [2C:29-3B(4)] for providing Law Enforcement Officer’s with false information. Mr. Valle was issued his complaint summons, his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional 8 motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

On 02/25/2021 at 8:43 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Exxon located at 209 Route 3 East on a report of an individual possibly asleep in the driver’s seat of a motor vehicle. During the investigation, the police arrested a 33 year old male, Mario Velez of North Arlington, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Velez was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with 1 additional motor vehicle summons and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

On 02/26/2021 at 7:32 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 47 year old male, Carson Mathurin of East Orange, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of East Orange, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Orange, NJ in the amount of $150.00. Mr. Mathurin was able to post bail for the involved warrants, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.

On 02/28/2021 at 3:01 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 22 year old male, Francisco Cornejo-Rodriguez of the Bronx, NY for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Cornejo-Rodriguez was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.
