On 02/28/2022 at 4:35 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Walmart located at 400 Park Plaza Drive on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 40 year old male, Jamaal Cyrus of Jersey City, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)]. Mr. Cyrus was also found to be involved in a shoplifting on the same date at Best Buy located at 3 Millcreek Drive. Mr. Cyrus was issued his complaint warrant for Shoplifting for the incident at Walmart and issued a complaint warrant for Shoplifting for the incident at Best Buy. Mr. Cyrus was issued both complaint warrants and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 02/28/2022 at 7:00 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 28 year old male, Wlliam Shutte of Secaucus, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Heroin [2C:35-10A(1)], Possession of CDS believed to be Methamphetamine [2C:35-10A(1)], Possession of CDS believed to be Xanax [2C:35-10A(1)], Possession of CDS believed to be Klonopin [2C:35-10A(1)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. The police also arrested a 38 year old female, Kathryn Jarvis of Secaucus, NJ for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Mr. Shutte was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail. Ms. Jarvis was issued her complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On 03/01/2022 at 11:12 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 26 year old male, Juan Martinez of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ for $5,000.00 with a 10% option. Mr. Martinez was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 5 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On 03/01/2022 at 2:00 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Residence Inn by Marriott located at 800 Plaza Drive on a report of suspicious activity involving the fraudulent purchase of hotel rooms. During the investigation, the police arrested a 35 year old male, Vincent Winfield of West New York, NJ for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of the U.S. Marshall’s Office in Arlington, VA with no bail. Mr. Winfield was additionally charged with Hindering Apprehension [2C:29-3B(4)] for providing false information and being a Fugitive from Justice [2A:160-10]. Mr. Winfield was issued his complaint warrant and complaint summons and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 03/02/2022 at 12:58 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 29 year old male, Glen Kelly of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Union, NJ in the amount of $500.00 with a 10% option. Mr. Kelly was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.

On 03/02/2022 at 9:21 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 26 year old male, Jessie Almenas of Cliffside Park, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of West New York, NJ in the amount of $250.00. Mr. Almenas was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.

On 03/02/2022 at 3:33 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 28 year old male, Raoul Irizarry of Bellville, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Nutley, NJ in the amount of $500.00. Mr. Irizarry was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.

On 03/02/2022 at 9:59 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 39 year old male, Jay Penny of Lyndhurst, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Suboxone [2C:35-10A(1)], Possession of CDS believed to be Zolpidem [2C:35-10A(1)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Mr. Penny was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On 03/03/2022 at 1:36 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the North Brunswick Police Department to take into custody a 37 year old male, Felix Vega of Elizabeth, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $500.00. Mr. Vega was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 03/03/2022 at 12:41 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 33 year old male, Anthony Rivera of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Passaic, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00. Passaic did release Mr. Rivera on his own recognizance pending a future court date. Mr. Rivera was issued 4 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On 03/03/2022 at 3:47 PM, Secaucus Police responded to 43 Meadowlands Parkway on a report of a trespassing. During the investigation, the police arrested a 22 year old male, Jacobo Molina of North Bergen, NJ for Criminal Trespass [2C:18-3A] after he was found to have entered an ambulance that was located on private property. Mr. Molina was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On 03/03/02022 at 11:07 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 29 year old male, Godfrey Stitchell of Paterson, NJ for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of Hackensack, NJ with no bail along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Hackensack, NJ in the amount of $1,500.00. Mr. Stitchell was issued 3 motor vehicle summonses. Officers from the Hackensack Police Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters and took custody of Mr. Stitchell for transport back to their authority.

On 03/05/2022 at 1:06 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Marshall’s located at 300 Millcreek Drive on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested the following individuals; a 46 year old female, Ana Ortiz-Zamora of Paterson, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(2)] and Conspiracy to commit Shoplifting [2C:5-2A(1)], a 21 year old male, Sebastian Lopez of Paterson, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(2)], Using an Antishoplifting Countermeasure Device [2C:20-11F] and Conspiracy to commit Shoplifting [2C:5-2A(1)] and a 23 year old male, Steven Quiroga-Solano of Paterson, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(2)], Using an Antishoplifting Device [2C:20-11F], Conspiracy to Commit Shoplifting [2C:5-2A(1)], Possession of CDS believed to be CB2 [2C:35-10A(1)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. Ms. Ortiz-Zamora, Mr. Lopez and Mr. Quiroga-Solano were issued their complaint summonses and were released from police custody.

On 03/06/2022 at 5:23 PM, Secaucus Police responded to TJ Maxx located at 3 Millcreek Drive on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 22 year old female, Elisse Motley of Newark, NJ for Robbery [2C:15-1A(1)], Conspiracy to commit Shoplifting [2C:5-2A(1)], Obstructing the administration of Law [2C:29-1A], Resisting Arrest [2C:29-2A(1)] and Possession of a Prescription Legend Drug believed to be Amitriptyline Hydrochloride [2C:35-10.5E(1)]. Ms. Motley was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Irvington, NJ in the amount of $7,000.00 along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Tinton Falls, NJ in the amount of $1,500.00 and 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of Wayne, NJ with no bail. Ms. Motley was issued her complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 03/06/2022 at 9:40 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Walmart located at 400 Park Plaza Drive on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 28 year old female, Gloria Rivera of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Irvington, NJ in the amount of $500.00 along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office with no bail. Ms. Rivera was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
