On 03/14/2022 at 7:06 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 27 year old male, Dawud Vandoren of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Milltown, NJ in the amount of $1,500.00. Mr. Vandoren was unable to post bail for the involved warrant. Mr. Vandoren was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses and Officers from the Milltown Police Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters and took custody of Mr. Vandoren for transport to their authority.

On 03/14/2022 at 10:19 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 22 year old male, Jayson Pena of West New York, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of West New York, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00. Mr. Pena was also charged with Hindering Apprehension [2C:29-3B(4)] for providing false information to law enforcement. Mr. Pena was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued his complaint summons along with 1 motor vehicle summonses and he was released from police custody.

On 03/15/2022 at 12:07 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 49 year old male, Alimamy Turay of Irvington, NJ for Possession of a False Government Document [2C:21-2.1D] for possessing a fraudulent driver’s license and Hindering Apprehension [2C:29-3B(4)] for providing false information to law enforcement. Mr. Turay was issued 3 motor vehicle summonses, was served his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 03/16/2022 at 12:04 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the 800 block of 7th Street on a report of a possible theft of money. During the investigation, the police arrested a 32 year old female, Amber Wilson of Bayonne, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Bayonne, NJ in the amount of $100.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Bayonne, NJ in the amount of $2,500.00 with a 10% option. Ms. Wilson was also charged with Engaging in Prostitution [2C:34-1B(1)]. The police also arrested a 38 year old male, George Ayyoub of Secaucus, NJ for Engaging in Prostitution [2C:34-1B(1)]. Bayonne did release Ms. Wilson on her own recognizance in relation to both outstanding warrants. Ms. Wilson was issued her complaint summons and was released from police custody. Mr. Ayyoub was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On 03/16/2022 at 8:20 AM, a 37 year old male, Muhammad Darr of Fords, NJ entered Secaucus Police Headquarters for the purpose of getting his vehicle released from the impound yard. Mr. Darr was found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Woodbridge, NJ in the amount of $2,000.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $100.00 with a 10% option. Mr. Darr was able to post bail for both involved warrants and was released from police custody.

On 03/16/2022 at 8:54 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Walmart located at 400 Park Plaza Drive on a report of a Shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 27 year old female, Marimar Diaz of the Bronx, NY for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)] and Conspiracy to commit Shoplifting [2C:5-2A(1)]. The Police also arrested a 48 year old female, Mariel Garcia of the Bronx, NY for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)], Conspiracy to commit Shoplifting [2C:5-2A(1)] and Unlawful Possession of a Weapon, a box cutter [2C:39-5D]. Both Ms. Diaz and Ms. Garcia were issued their complaint summonses and were released from police custody.

On 03/18/2022 at 9:49 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 36 year old female, Morgan Maccormick of Ridgefield Park, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Saddle Brook, NJ in the amount of $250.00. Ms. Maccormick was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 3 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.
