Hoboken Police Blotter: April 2, 2026 to April 8, 2026

April 1, 2026, approximately 12:50 p.m., Willow Avenue and Second Street. Angel Tucker, 38, of Jersey City and Maurice Alvarado, 35, of Jersey City were arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. After processing at Hoboken Police Headquarters, both were transported to Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding officers included Police Officers Jennifer Lee, Leo Colon, and William Vera.

April 2, 2026, approximately 12:55 p.m., Passaic County Superior Court. Juan Emilio-Cintron, 22, of New York City, was picked up and transported to Hoboken Police Headquarters on a warrant for the original charges of receiving stolen property, forgery, and bad checks. He also had warrants out of South Plainfield, Haledon, and Hudson County. He was remanded to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. Police Officers Rose Kanan and Anthony Rutkowski processed the arrest. The original report was taken by Trevor Thomas in February of 2025. The case was investigated by Chelsea Tamborra.

April 2, 2026, approximately 8:25 p.m., 600 block of Harrison Street. Joseph Barriga, 38 of the Bronx, was arrested on a warrant out of North Bergen. He was additionally issued a summons for being an unlicensed driver. He was released on the scene with a summons and new court date in North Bergen. Responding officers included Police Officer Christopher Barral and Matthew Bonnano.

April 3, 2026, approximately 9:35 a.m., 300 block of Grand Street. Justin Fontenot, 35 of Hoboken, was arrested on warrants out of Hoboken for fare evasion and open alcoholic beverage. After being processed at Hoboken Police Headquarters, he was transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding officers included Police Officers Jonathan Figueroa, Rose Kanan, and William Vera.

April 3, 2026, approximately 6:50 p.m., Hudson and First Streets. Wilson Benitez, 33, of Jersey City was arrested on warrants out of Matawan for driving while suspended and Elizabeth for driving while suspended. He was additionally issued a complaint for possession of a fraudulent temp tag and unclear plates. Matawan Township Police took Benitez into custody. Responding officers included Police Officers David Smentkowski and John Rodriguez.

April 3, 2026, approximately 8:10 p.m., 300 block of Sinatra Drive. Cristhian Aguilar, 39, of Hoboken was arrested on a warrant out of Hoboken for harassment. He was ultimately transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding officers included Police Officer Adrian Comayagua, Brian Kim, Matthew Bonnano, Valentino Salgado, Mario Rodriguez, Marvin DeJesus, and Trevor Thomas.

April 3, 2026, approximately 10:20 p.m., 7th Street Burger, 410 Washington St. Corey Taylor-King, 34, of Jersey City, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. He was ultimately released on a summons. Responding officers included Police Officers John Lawton, Mario Rodriguez, Vincent Guastini, Marvin Dejesus, and Trevor Thomas.

April 4, 2026, approximately 1:55 a.m., 1300 block of Washington St. Ankur Patel, 34, of Jersey City was arrested and charged with false public alarm and transported to Hoboken Police Headquarters for processing. He was released on a summons. Responding officers included Sgt. Michael Straten and Police Officers Brandon Cappelluti, Donovan Ortiz, Anthony Olivera, and Michael Miranda.

April 4, 2026, approximately 1:05 p.m., Hoboken Shelter, 300 Bloomfield Street. Devonte Hightower, 25, of Georgia, was arrested for defiant trespassing. After processing at Hoboken Police Headquarters, he was released from custody. Responding officers included Sgt. James Barbro and Police Officers Teddy Santiago and Anthony Rutkowski.

April 5, 2026, approximately 2:05 a.m., 600 block of Bloomfield Street. Yanira Santillan, 23, of Totowa, was arrested for driving while intoxicated and issued a summons for obstructing traffic. As per John’s Law, Santillan was released into the custody of a responsible adult. Responding officers included Lt. Luke Zeszotarski and Police Officers Anthony Olivera, Alyssa Rivera, and Marvin DeJesus.

April 5, 2026, approximately 2:40 a.m., 50 block of Washington Street. Robert Flores, 27, of Bloomfield, was arrested for disorderly conduct. After processing at Hoboken Police Headquarters, he was released from custody with a summons. Responding officers included Police Officers Shawn Sodora, Thomas Graziano, and Michael Miranda.

April 5, 2026, approximately 5:30 a.m., 50 block of Third Street. Raciel Dimaren-Jimenez, 33, of Jersey City, was arrested for driving while intoxicated and issued additional summonses for refusal to submit to breath tests, reckless driving, and excessive idling. As per John’s Law, he was released into custody of a responsible adult. Responding officers included Police Officers David Smentkowski and Zackary Guido.

April 6, 2026, approximately 10:50 a.m., 300 block of Jackson Street. Fabian Baez, 45, of Hoboken, was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of the Hudson County Sheriff’s Department for neglect of a child. He was additionally charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of drug paraphernalia with the intent to sell. Baez was remanded later to the Hudson County Correction Center. Responding officers included Police Officers Harry Montalvo, Aidan Gonzalez, Keven De La Cruz, Frank Losurdo, and Ryan Capogna.

April 7, 2026, approximately 9:40 p.m., Fort Lee Police Department. Jordan Zamora, 24, of Rumson, was transported to Hoboken Police Headquarters on a warrant out of Hoboken for driving with a suspended license. After being processed at Hoboken Police Headquarters, he was transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. Responding officers included Police Officers Christopher Soto, Anthony Olivera, and Roberto Cuevas.

April 8, 2026, approximately 7:05 a.m., Hoboken University Hospital, 308 Willow Ave. Rushdee Parmalee, 45, of Jersey City was arrested on an open warrant from Winslow Township. He was released from custody at Hoboken Police Headquarters. Responding officers included Police Officers Kevin Vargas and David Ortiz.

April 9, 2026, approximately 11:20 p.m., 800 block of Castle Point Terrace. Calvin Flett, 23, of Hoboken, was arrested and charged with criminal mischief. He was given a summons and released on the scene. Responding officers included Sgt. Harold Milne and Police Officers Vincent Guastini, Adrian Comayagua, and David Smentkowski.
