1. On 04/14/2026 at 9:10 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 29-year-old male, Zachary Zoretski of Kearny, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00 with a 10% option. Zoretski was able to post bail and was released from police custody.
2. On 04/14/2026 at 4:00 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Walmart located at 400 Park Plaza Drive on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 21-year-old male, Emilio Cruz of Secaucus, NJ along with an 18-year-old female, Eveniz Delossantos of Secaucus, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)] and Conspiracy to commit Shoplifting [2C:5-2A(1)]. Both Mr. Cruz and Ms. Delossantos were issued their complaint summonses and were released from police custody.
3. On 04/15/2026 at 5:09 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 35-year-old female, Shalonda Telfor of Plainfield, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Edison, NJ in the amount of $750.00. Telfor was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.
4. On 04/16/2026 at 2:43 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 44-year-old male, Dorian Gonzalez-Balladare of Paterson, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Gonzalez-Balladare was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional 6 motor vehicle summonses and he was released into the custody of a responsible adult.
5. On 04/16/2026 at 2:05 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the East Hanover Police Department to take into custody a 30-year-old male, Junias Louis of Newark, NJ for the following outstanding warrants; 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $3,000.00 with a 10% option, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00 with a 10% option, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Fairlawn, NJ in the amount of $650.00, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Harrison, NJ in the amount of $600.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Clark, NJ in the amount of $500.00. Louis was unable to post bail for the involved warrants and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
6. On 04/16/2026 at 6:50 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Bergen County Jail to take into custody a 40-year-old male, Brenn Mcdaniel of Teaneck, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $2,500.00. Mcdaniel was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
