1. On 04/20/2026 at 2:31 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 44-year-old male, Peterson Vil of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued by the Hudson County Sherriff’s Office with no bail. Mr. Vil was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

2. On 04/20/2026 at 5:27 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Middlesex County Jail to take into custody a 51-year-old female, Nikki George of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $2,000.00 with a 10% option along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Bayonne, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00. Ms. George was unable to post bail for the involved warrants and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

3. On 04/20/2026 at 10:17 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the area of 7th Street and Centre Avenue on a report of a motor vehicle crash. During the investigation, the police arrested a 45-year-old male, Brian Tice of Secaucus, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Tice was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional 5 motor vehicle summonses and he was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

4. On 04/21/2026 at 9:34 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the Toms River Police Department to take into custody a 37-year-old male, Donald Burks of York, PA for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $5,000.00 with a 10% option. Mr. Burks was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

5. On 04/23/2026 at 3:23 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 29-year-old male, Camilo Mejia of West New York, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Union City, NJ in the amount of $750.00 along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Cresskill, NJ in the amount of $350.00 with a 10% option. Cresskill did release Mr. Mejia on his own recognizance pending a future court date. Mr. Mejia was able to post bail for the warrant issued out of Union City, NJ. Mr. Mejia was issued 3 motor vehicle summonses and he was released from police custody.

6. On 04/23/2026 at 6:38 PM, in furtherance of an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Department Detective Division in relation to an incident of credit card fraud that occurred on 02/18/2026 at the Home Depot, the police responded to the Bergen County Jail to take into custody a 31-year-old male, Chukwudi Ekezie of the Bronx, NY for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ. The warrant was issued for the charges of Unlawful use of Credit Cards [2C:21-6H] and Theft of Identity [2C:21-17A(1)]. Mr. Ekezie was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

7. On 04/24/2026 at 1:55 AM, Secaucus Police responded to UPS located at 493 County Avenue on a report of an employee theft. During the investigation, the police arrested a 23-year-old male, Michael Joseph of New York, NY for Theft [2C:20-3A]. Mr. Joseph was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

8. On 04/24/2026 at 12:40 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Sandcastle Key on a report of a verbal dispute. During the investigation, the police arrested a 26-year-old male, Tykking Williams of Secaucus, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ with no bail along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00. Mr. Williams was also charged with Resisting Arrest [2C:29-2A(3)(A)]. Mr. Williams was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

9. On 04/25/2026 at 12:03 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the area of Front Street and First Street on a report of a motor vehicle crash. During the investigation, the police arrested a 30-year-old female, Rita Feghali of North Bergen, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Ms. Feghali was issued her motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
