Secaucus Police Blotter: April 27, 2026 to May 3, 2026

1. On 04/27/2026 at 4:08 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 41-year-old female, Keyonna Graham of Carteret, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Woodbridge, NJ in the amount of $1,500.00. Ms. Graham was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 4 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

2. On 04/28/2026 at 4:14 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 27-year-old male, Moises Estrella-Munoz of West New York, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of West New York, NJ in the amount of $500.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of North Bergen, NJ in the amount of $500.00. Mr. Estrella-Munoz was able to post bail for the involved warrants, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.

3. On 04/28/2026 at 11:47 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 44-year-old male, Mark Bell of Secaucus, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Fairlawn, NJ in the amount of $650.00. Mr. Bell was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.

4. On 04/29/2026 at 5:10 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 48-year-old male, Salem Mohhammad of North Bergen, NJ for Receiving a Stolen Motor Vehicle [2C:20-10.2A]. Mr. Mohhammad was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of the Passaic County Sheriff’s Office with no bail. Mr. Mohhammad was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

5. On 04/29/2026 at 7:27 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 26-year-old male, Brando Valero-Gonzalez of Paterson, NJ for Receiving Stolen Property [2C:20-7A], for possessing a license plate that was reported stolen. Mr. Valero-Gonzalez was issued his complaint summons along with 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

6. On 05/01/2026 at 9:14 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the Home Depot located at 1055 Paterson Plank Road on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 31-year-old male, Jorge Suarez-Llumiquinga of Scarsdale, NY for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)]. Mr. Suarez-Llumiquinga was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

7. On 05/01/2026 at 1:15 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Walmart located at 400 Park Plaza Drive on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 37-year-old male, Luis Berroa-Martinez of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $3,000.00 with a 10% option. Mr. Berroa-Martinez was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.

8. On 05/01/2026, in an effort to reduce vice related crimes within the Town of Secaucus, the Secaucus Police arrested the following individuals; at 7:02 PM, the police arrested a 34-year-old female, Aura Cuello-Diaz of Baranquilla, Columbia for Promoting Prostitution [2C:34-1B(2)] and Engaging in Prostitution [2C:34-1B(8)]. Ms. Cuello-Diaz was issued her complaint summons and was released from police custody. At 8:50 PM, the police arrested a 42-year-old female, Diana Garcia-Reyes of Linden, NJ for Promoting Prostitution [2C:34-1B(2)] and Engaging in Prostitution [2C:34-1B(8)]. The police also arrested a 41-year-old female, Ingrid Orozco-Remolina of Linden, NJ for Engaging in Prostitution [2C:34-1B(8)]. Both Ms. Garcia-Reyes and Ms. Orozco-Remolina were issued their complaint summonses and were released from police custody. At 11:07 PM, the police arrested a 33-year-old female, Rosa Veloz Castillo of Valencia, Spain for Engaging in Prostitution [2C:34-1B(8)]. Ms. Veloz Castillo was issued her complaint summons and was released from police custody.

9. On 05/03/2026 at 3:23 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 36-year-old male, Malik Holmes of Roselle, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ with no bail. Mr. Holmes was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.


These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
