1. On 08/10/2026 at 3:24 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the Hoboken Police Department to take into custody a 41-year-old female, Nathali Burgos-Minaya of Union City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $2,500.00 along with 1 additional warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $500.00, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Atlantic City, NJ in the amount of $1,700.00, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Atlantic City, NJ in the amount of $350.00, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of West New York, NJ in the amount of $350.00, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of North Bergen, NJ in the amount of $500.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Edgewater, NJ in the amount of $550.00. Ms. Burgos-Minaya was unable to post bail and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
2. On 08/10/2026 at 4:27 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 67-year-old male, Carl Arlt of Belleville, NJ for Engaging in Prostitution [2C:34-1B(1)]. Mr. Arlt was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.
3. On 08/11/2026 at 4:07 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Walmart located at 400 Park Plaza Drive on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 39-year-old male, Deeon Walker of Hoboken, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)]. Mr. Walker was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.
4. On 08/11/2026 at 6:08 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 20-year-old male, Albin Santos of New York, NY for Tampering with Public Records [2C:28-7A(3)] and Possession of Burglar Tools [2C:5-5A(1)]. Mr. Santos was issued his complaint summons along with 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.
5. On 08/12/2026 at 10:38 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the Harrison Police Department to take into custody a 27-year-old male, Isaiah Clyburn of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $5,000.00 with
a 10% option, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $2,500.00, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of West Windsor, NJ in the amount of $950.00, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Hamilton, NJ in the amount of $1,055.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Hamilton, NJ in the amount of $550.00. Newark did release Mr. Isaiah Clyburn on his own recognizance pending a future court date. Mr. Clyburn was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
6. On 08/13/2026 at 8:50 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 32-year-old male, Matthew Sewell of Clifton, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Saddle Brook, NJ in the amount of $550.00. Mr. Sewell was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.
7. On 08/13/2026 at 3:54 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Essex County Jail to take into custody a 40-year-old male, Keith Avery of Manhattan, NY for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ with no bail which was issued in relation to a shoplifting incident that occurred at Burlington in March of 2023. Mr. Avery was also found to have 1 additional outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $750.00. Mr. Avery was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
8. On 08/14/2026 at 12:33 PM, Secaucus Police responded to 1000 New County Road on a report of a fight in progress. During the investigation, the police arrested a 37-year-old male, Dion Richardson of Newark, NJ for Simple Assault [2C:12-1A(1)] along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Edison, NJ with no bail. Mr. Richardson was issued his complaint summons. Officers from the Edison Police Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters and took custody of Mr. Richardson for transport back to their agency.
9. On 08/16/2026 at 2:42 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the Old Bridge Police Department to take into custody a 33-year-old male, Michael Thorpe of Elizabeth, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ for the charge of Burglary in relation to a Burglary that occurred on Castle Road on 03/19/2026. Mr. Thorpe was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ for the charge of Burglary that occurred at 630 New County Road on 05/11/2026 along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ with no bail for the charge of Criminal Attempt to commit Burglary [2C:5-1A(1)] for an incident that occurred on 630 New County Road on 05/11/2026. Mr. Thorpe was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
