Dinner at The Exchange (5 PM–10 PM)
Indulge in a Prix Fixe or à la carte dinner featuring standout dishes such as Fire-Roasted Lamb Chops, Seared Halibut, and Charred Octopus. Live entertainment, specialty cocktails, and a sophisticated waterfront ambiance set the stage for the evening. Dinner tickets include access to the after-dinner celebration and the midnight champagne toast.
A 90-minute dining limit applies for all dinner reservations.

Prix Fixe Dinner: $90 per person
Service Charge: 20% (total $108 per person before tax, applied at checkout)
