This is a workout practice for anyone that wants some endurance training. We head north/south for 45min then turn around.
**Be on time.** Get ready quickly. We will be on the water by 6:45am, off the water by 7:45am
**Prerequisites for all:**
\***You can prepare all your equipment in 15 minutes with no assistance** \*active volunteers who helped us run our public program in 2025 (volunteered > 4 shifts) \*you have an advanced time trial \*you have attended an advance/elite trip in 2025
