What You'll Learn

Master the art of handmade pasta as we mix dough the old-fashioned way: by hand! You'll learn techniques to make pappardelle and fettuccine from scratch, then sit down to enjoy the fruits (or should we say carbs?) of your labor.

The Menu

Start with Baby Kale Salad with apples, gorgonzola, walnuts, and apple cider vinaigrette, then choose pasta dishes:

• Shrimp Scampi Fettuccine- Light, garlicky, fresh
• Spinach Ricotta Ravioli with Pesto Genovese- Pescatarian & shellfish-free

Finish with traditional Tiramisu and recipe cards so you can recreate the magic at home.
