I'll Have What She's Having: The Jewish Deli

Join us for a virtual tour of the traveling exhibition "I'll Have What She's Having: the Jewish Deli”. The
exhibit explores how Jewish immigrants adapted their culinary traditions to create a uniquely
American restaurant which became a cornerstone of American food culture. Get a taste of
delicatessen history through neon signs, menus, advertisements, photographs, film and TV clips. The
program includes a 30-minute movie of the exhibit which is currently on display at the Illinois
Holocaust Museum & Education Center, along with an introduction by the exhibit's curator.
