Djenaba Johnson-Jones
Djenaba is the founder & CEO of Hudson Kitchen and creator of the Food Business BootcampⓇ. She founded Hudson Kitchen after working in business development at some of the biggest media brands for over 15 years. The creation of the Bootcamp and Hudson Kitchen came out of Djenaba’s own experience of facing countless obstacles when planning to launch her own food business.

Josh is the Co-Founder and CEO of Poppa’s Custard Company, a Philadelphia-based, Black-, family-, & women-owned packaged food business. As CEO Josh has driven the establishment, growth, and management of business operations for Poppa’s Custard since its founding in their kitchen in 2020 to a growing local brand business with national aspirations.
