On 04/21/2025 at 8:51 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Walmart located at 400 Park Plaza Drive on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 28-year-old female, Solange Crofford-Bustos of Elizabeth, NJ along with a 31-year-old female, Briggitte Bacilio-Lopez of Elizabeth, NJ and a 40-year-old male, Michel Salazar-Cruz of Elizabeth, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(2)] and Conspiracy to commit Shoplifting [2C:5-2A(1)]. Crofford-Bustos along with Ms. Bacilio-Lopez and Mr. Salazar-Cruz were issued their complaint summonses and were released from police custody.
On 04/22/2025 at 10:50 AM, in furtherance of an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Department Detective Division in relation to a theft incident that occurred at LA Fitness located at 485 Harmon Meadow Boulevard on 03/17/2025, the police arrested a 51-year-old male, Muziki Stewart of Lodi, NJ for Theft [2C:20-3A]. Stewart was arrested at Secaucus Police Headquarters located at 1203 Paterson Plank Road. Mr. Stewart was processed and subsequently released from police custody.
On 04/22/2025 at 4:22 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the 700 Block of 6th Street for the purpose of taking into custody an individual with an outstanding arrest warrant. During the investigation, the police arrested a 24-year-old male, Jhon Gonzalez-Arvelo of Secaucus, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Perth Amboy, NJ with no bail. Gonzalez-Arvelo was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On 04/23/2025 at 12:14 PM, Officers from the North Bergen Police Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters to transfer custody of a 23-year-old male, Enoch Galloway-Hunter of North Bergen, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $600.00. Galloway-Hunter was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.
On 04/23/2025 at 10:34 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Hudson Regional Hospital located at 55 Meadowlands Parkway on a report of an assault that occurred to an Emergency Medical Technician. During the investigation, the police arrested a 56-year-old male, Orlando Zepeda of Union City, NJ for Aggravated Assault [2C:12-1B(5)C] and Hindering Apprehension [2C:29-3B(4)] for providing false information to the police. Zepeda was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued by the Union County Sheriff’s Office with no bail. Mr. Zepeda was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On 04/25/2025 at 10:56 AM, Secaucus Police observed a motor vehicle strike a light fixture in the median of the Route 3 East Service Road in the area of Paterson Plank Road. During the investigation, the police arrested a 50-year-old male, Gary Branda of Secaucus, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Branda was also charged with Possession of CDS believed to be Alprazolam and Buprenorphine [2C:35-10A(1)]. Mr. Branda was issued his complaint warrant along with 5 motor vehicle summonses and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On 04/26/2025 at 3:23 AM, Secaucus Police responded to 595 County Avenue on a report of a motor vehicle crash. During the investigation, the police arrested a 17-year-old male of Secaucus, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. The juvenile male was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.
On 04/26/2025 at 5:13 AM, Secaucus Police responded to 925 Paterson Plank Road on a report of a motor vehicle crash. During the investigation, the police arrested a 27-year-old male, Joshua Martin of Orange, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Martin was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional 4 motor vehicle summonses and he was released into the custody of a responsible adult.
These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
