On 05/06/2025 at 12:42 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 24-year-old male, Pathik Vaidya of Monroe, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Vaidya was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional 2 motor vehicle summonses and he was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

On 05/06/2025 at 8:05 AM, in furtherance of an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Department Detective Division in relation to a Theft of a motor vehicle that occurred on 10/11/2024 at 150 Harmon Meadow Boulevard, Secaucus Police responded to North Bergen, NJ and arrested a 27-year-old female, Anjali Arora-Williams of North Bergen, NJ for Theft of a Motor Vehicle [2C:20-3A] and Conspiracy to commit Theft [2C:5-2A(1)]. The police also charged a 27-year-old male, Rialey Matthews of North Bergen, NJ with Theft of a Motor Vehicle [2C:20-3A] and Conspiracy to commit Theft [2C:5-A(1)]. Matthews was provided a copy of the complaint warrant and detained at the Hudson County Jail. Ms. Arora-Williams was issued her complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 05/05/2025 at 7:52 PM, Secaucus Police responded to 6 Fairview Avenue on a report of fire located in a shed in the backyard area. During the investigation, at 11:23 PM on the same date, Secaucus Police responded to Jersey City, NJ and arrested a 28-year-old male, Steven Severino of Secaucus, NJ for Arson [2C:17-1B(2)]. Severino was issued his complaint warrant and was detained pending his Court appearance.

On 05/06/2025 at 8:36 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Walmart located at 400 Park Plaza Drive on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 60-year-old male, Hany Mikhail of Jersey City, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)]. Mikhail was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On 05/07/2025 at 5:15 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Dave’s Fried Chicken located at 700 Plaza Drive and arrested a 22-year-old male, Dominick Pascale of Secaucus, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ with no bail. Pascale was subsequently transported to the Jersey City Police Department.

On 05/08/2025 at 11:51 AM, Secaucus Police responded to CVS located at 101 Plaza Centre Road on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 41-year-old male, Angelo Santiago of Hoboken, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(2)], Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2A] and Credit Cards [2C:21-6C(2)]. Santiago was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 05/08/2025 at 11:54 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 24-year-old male, Giacomo Cabezas-Peralta of Clifton, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Passaic, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00. Passaic did release Mr. Cabezas-Peralta on his own recognizance pending a future court date. Cabezas-Peralta was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On 05/10/2025 at 2:07 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Walmart located at 400 Park Plaza Drive on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 35-year-old male, Antonio Auguste of Maplewood, NJ along with a 31-year-old female, Tara Louis of Brooklyn, NY for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(2)] and Conspiracy to commit Shoplifting [2C:5-2A(1)]. Louis was also charged with Hindering Apprehension [2C:29-3B(4)] for providing false information to the police. Both Mr. Auguste and Ms. Louis were issued their complaint summonses and were released from police custody.

On 05/08/2025 at 4:00 PM, Secaucus Police arrested a 29-year-old male, Jose Mora of Irvington, NJ for Exhibiting a False Insurance Card [2C:21-2.3B]. Mora was arrested at Secaucus Police Headquarters located at 1203 Paterson Plank Road. Mr. Mora was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.


These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
