The Hudson County Regional Collision Investigation Unit and the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office are investigating a multi-vehicle crash that occurred in North Bergen on Monday, May 12, 2025.
At approximately 2 p.m., the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office was notified of a collision in the area of River Road and 74th Street. Responding officers found three vehicles – a Nissan Altima, a BMW X3, and a Lexus GX4 – that were involved in a crash. The driver of the Nissan, a 59-year-old North Bergen male, suffered serious injuries and remains hospitalized at Hackensack University Medical Center. The driver of the BMW, a 28-year-old West New York female, was treated for minor injuries at Palisades Medical Center.
This matter is being investigated by the Hudson County Regional Collision Investigation Unit and the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office.
