On May 16, 2025, at approximately 0300 hours, Phillipsburg Police Patrol was flagged down in the 400
block of Anderson Street, Phillipsburg, New Jersey to assist with a twenty-six (26) year old female who was
unresponsive. The victim was found with injuries consistent with being stabbed. Phillipsburg Patrol and EMS
provided lifesaving efforts on scene. The victim was transported to St. Luke’s Hospital, Warren Campus where
she was later pronounced deceased. The victim and alleged perpetrator are known to each other.
This is still an active investigation. The Warren County Prosecutor’s Office and Phillipsburg Police
