The sentencing exposure on each count of third degree Interference with Custody is 3 to 5 years in New Jersey State Prison, and on fourth degree Contempt of a Court order, it is up to 18 months in New Jersey State Prison.

On June 14, 2025, Irene Frazier appeared before the Honorable Toni Damiano, J.M.C. and was released on pretrial monitoring.

A criminal complaint is merely an accusation. Despite the accusation, defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, in a court of law.
