1. On June 10th, 2025, members of the Guttenberg Police Department’s Patrol Division arrested 49-year-old Jairo E. Rosario-Dominguez of Jersey City, NJ, for an active warrant, issued by the Guttenberg Municipal Court. Mr. Rosario-Dominguez was processed for the active warrant then released on his own recognizance, pending his next court appearance with the Guttenberg Municipal Court.

2. On June 11th, 2025, members of the Guttenberg Police Department’s Patrol Division responded to a construction site on Polk Street after receiving a call for three individuals trespassing on the property. During their on-scene investigation, officers arrested 25-year-old Maynor A. Zet-Guerra of Cliffside Park, NJ, for criminal trespass [2C:18-3B(3)] and 55-year-old Juan M. Cigarrero-Villegas of West New York, NJ, for criminal trespass [2C:18-3B(3)] and resisting arrest [2C:29-2A]. Both defendants were transported to the Guttenberg Police Department for their arrest processing. Upon the completion of their arrest processing, both defendants were issued their complaint summonses and released from police custody.

3. On June 11th, 2025, the West New York Police Department contacted our agency, informing us that they had a female in their custody with an active warrant, issued by the Guttenberg Municipal Court. Shortly after, 20-year-old Camila Zambrano-Santa of Garfield, NJ, was transported to the Guttenberg Police Department, where she was placed under arrest. Ms. Zambrano-Santa was processed and then released on her own recognizance, pending her next court appearance with the Guttenberg Municipal Court.

4. On June 14th, 2025, during a motor vehicle stop, members of the Guttenberg Police Department’s Patrol Division arrested 38-year-old Christopher Rodriguez of Palisades Park, NJ, after discovering that he had an active warrant, issued by the Palisades Park Municipal Court. Mr. Rodriguez was then transported to the Guttenberg Police Department for his arrest processing. Upon the completion of his arrest processing, Mr. Rodriguez was released on his own recognizance, pending his next court appearance with the Palisades Park Municipal Court.

The charges above are merely accusations. Every defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
