1. On June 20th, 2025, during a motor vehicle stop, members of the Guttenberg Police
Department’s Patrol Division arrested 45-year-old Cesar R. Munoz of Fairview, NJ,
after discovering that he had two active warrants, issued by the North Bergen and
Bayonne Municipal Courts. Mr. Munoz was then transported to the Guttenberg Police
Department for his arrest processing. Upon the completion of his arrest processing,
Mr. Munoz was transferred into the custody of officers from the Bayonne Police
Department.
2. On June 22nd, 2025, during a motor vehicle stop, members of the Guttenberg Police
Department’s Patrol Division arrested 33-year-old Joseph F. Bravo-Calle of North
Bergen, NJ, for driving while intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Bravo-Calle was then
transported to the Guttenberg Police Department for his arrest processing. Upon the
completion of his arrest processing, Mr. Bravo-Calle was issued fourteen (14)
summonses for traffic offenses and then released to the custody of a responsible adult.
The charges above are merely accusations. Every defendant is presumed
innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
