Prosecutor Theodore N. Stephens II and Essex County Sheriff Amir Jones announced today that a reward of up to $10,000 is being offered through the Essex County Crime Stoppers program for information leading to an arrest in connection with the fatal shooting of a Newark man in November 2020.
The victim, 23-year-old Quaze Vines was shot and killed on November 6, 2020, behind the Luis Munoz Marin Elementary School at 663 Broadway in Newark.
“We are urging anyone with information to come forward. Even the smallest detail could help investigators crack this case and bring justice to the victim’s family,” said Prosecutor Stephens.
