On 07/08/2025 at 11:20 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the Burlington Coat factory located at 31 Mill Creek Drive on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 49-year-old male, Rafael Noriega of North Bergen, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(2)] and Possession of Burglar Tools [2C:5-5A(1)]. Noriega was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On 07/09/2025 at 10:15 AM, Secaucus Police responded to 1285 Paterson Plank Road on a report of a verbal dispute. During the investigation, the police arrested a 30-year-old male, Jonathan Castillo of Secaucus, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00. Castillo was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 07/10/2025 at 2:43 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 45-year-old male, Derrick Staton of Edgewater, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Staton was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional 6 motor vehicle summonses and was subsequently released into the custody of a responsible adult.

On 07/11/2025 at 12:33 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 31-year-old female, Melissa Ospina of Secaucus, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00. Ospina was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 3 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On 07/12/2025 at 4:46 PM, Secaucus Police responded to 100 Seaview Drive on a report of a burglary into a motor vehicle. During the investigation, the police arrested a 19-year-old male, Jose Careamo Ramos, non-domicile for Burglary [2C:18-2A(1)]. Careamo Ramos was issued his complaint summons and was subsequently released from police custody.

On 07/13/2025 at 2:01 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 40-year-old male, Jose Morales-Morales of West New York, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Morales-Morales was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional 3 motor vehicle summonses and he was subsequently released into the custody of a responsible adult.

On 07/13/2025 at 2:19 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Home Depot located at 1055 Paterson Plank Road on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 41-year-old male, Keith Grafman of Lyndhurst, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-22B(1)] and Theft by Deception [2C:20-4]. Grafman was issued his complaint summons and was subsequently released from police custody.

On 07/13/2025 at 6:06 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Chico’s Pizza located at 161 Front Street on a report of Theft of Services. During the investigation, the police arrested a 33-year-old male, Marco Deandrademelo of Carteret, NJ for Theft of Services [2C:20-8A]. Deandrademelo was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
