On 07/21/2025 at 2:30 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 25-year-old male, Diego Alarcon Rosales of Union City, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Alarcon Rosales was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional 2 motor vehicle summonses and he was released into the custody of a responsible adult.
On 07/21/2025 at 11:45 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Royal Motel located at 650 Route 3 West on a report of a suspicious vehicle. The vehicle was reported to be driving erratically in the parking lot and striking a parked vehicle. During the investigation, the police arrested a 62-year-old male, Daniel Howell of Bergenfield, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Howell was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional 7 motor vehicle summonses and he was released into the custody of a responsible adult.
On 07/23/2025 at 9:49 AM, in furtherance of an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Department Detective Division in relation to an incident of Lewdness that occurred in the parking lot of 3 Mill Creek Drive on 04/07/2025, the police arrested a 35-year-old male, Victor Torres of Belleville, NJ for Lewdness [2C:14-4B(1)]. Torres was arrested at Secaucus Police Headquarters located at 1203 Paterson Plank Road. Mr. Torres was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.
07/23/2025 at 12:49 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the parking lot of 700 Plaza Drive on a report of individuals reported to be siphoning cooking oil. During the investigation, the police arrested a 51-year-old male, Sean Crawford of Hillside, NJ for Theft [2C:20-3A] and Possession of CDS believed to be Suboxone [2C:35-10A(1)]. Crawford was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Union, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00. The Police also arrested a 46-year-old male, Josh Liggins of Newark, NJ for Theft [2C:20-3A], Possession of CDS believed to be Suboxone [2C:35-10A(1)], Possession of CDS believed to be Oxycodone [2C:35-10A(1)] and Theft [2C:20-3A]. Mr. Liggins was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Nutley, NJ in the amount of $2,500.00, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $2,000.00 with a 10% option and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of West Orange, NJ in the amount of $250.00. Both Mr. Crawford and Mr. Liggins were issued their complaint warrants and were subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On 07/23/2025 at 9:43 PM, in furtherance of an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Department in relation to a theft incident that occurred at Walmart located at 400 Park Plaza Drive on 07/17/2025, the police responded to Union City, NJ and arrested a 54-year-old female, Nieves Rosario of Union City, NJ for Theft of Property Lost/Mislaid [2C:20-6]. Rosario was issued her complaint summons and was released from police custody.
On 07/24/2025 at 12:03 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 22-year-old male, Jonathan Cuautle of Passaic, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Passaic, NJ in the amount of $750.00. Cuautle was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.
On 07/24/2025 at 10:57 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 33-year-old male, Carlton Baker of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Watchung, NJ in the amount of $550.00 with a 10% option. Baker was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.
On 07/24/2025 at 12:24 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 35-year-old male, Jorge Sojo-Giraldo of North Bergen, NJ for Receiving Stolen Property [2C:20-7A], for possessing a stolen license plate. Sojo-Giraldo was issued his complaint summons along with 4 motor vehicle summonses and he was released.
On 07/24/2025 at 9:33 PM, the police responded to the 700 block of Post Place and took custody of a 42-year-old female, Nichole Barletti of Secaucus, NJ for False Reports [2C:28-4B(1)], for filing a false police report with the Secaucus Police Department on 07/23/2025. Barletti was issued her complaint summons and was released from police custody.
On 07/24/2025 at 9:09 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the area of Route 3 East on a report of a motor vehicle that was stopped and obstructing traffic on the roadway. During the investigation, the police arrested a 43-year-old male, Robert Stevens of Union City, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Stevens was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional 7 motor vehicle summonses and he was released into the custody of a responsible adult.
On 07/25/2025 at 8:35 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 39-year-old male, Vinh Tran of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $2000.00 with a 10% option. Tran was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.
On 07/25/2025 at 4:00 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Bergen County Jail to take into custody a 25-year-old female, Rosemary Torres of Paterson, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $2,500.00, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $600.00 with a 10% option, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Fairfield, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Paterson, NJ in the amount of $750.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Union, NJ in the amount of $750.00. Torres was unable to post bail for the involved warrants and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On 07/25/2025 at 6:47 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police Anti-Crime Unit arrested a 31-year-old male, Michael Giglio of Belleville, NJ for Engaging in Prostitution [2C:34-1B(1)]. The police also arrested a 31-year-old female, Katalina Guzman of Queens, NY for Promoting Prostitution [2C:34-1B(2)] and Engaging in Prostitution [2C:34-1B(8)]. Giglio and Ms. Guzman were issued their complaint summonses and were released from police custody.
On 07/25/2025 at 8:07 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Walmart located at 400 Park Plaza Drive on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 31-year-old male, Bruce McFadden of Manhattan, NY for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(2)], Possession of Burglar Tools [2C:5-5A(2)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2]. McFadden was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.
On 07/26/2025 at 2:45 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 31-year-old female, Yara Alarcon of Passaic, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Paterson, NJ in the amount of $750.00. The Passaic Police Department did release Ms. Alarcon on her own recognizance. Alarcon was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.
These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
