1. On July 10, 2025, at approximately 1 a.m., Sgt. Daniel Grossi was flagged down by a security guard at Madd Hatter, 221 Washington St., where a man was trying to get into the bar, despite being denied entry. Police Officers Jaydan Gonzalez and Donovan Ortiz responded to the scene to assist. The man denied having any forms of identification on him. He eventually provided the officers with documentation and was identified as 40-year-old Roberto Cancel of the Bronx. It was discovered he had multiple outstandings warrants for his arrest. A search incident to arrest located two glass cylindrical tubes with burnt ends. He was transported to Hoboken Police Headquarters where he refused to be fingerprinted and photographed. Warrants out of Bayonne and Highlands were confirmed. Cancel was additionally charged with possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia and refusal to submit fingerprints. He was ultimately transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility.

2. On July 10, 2025, at approximately 6:25 p.m., Police Officer Mark Mooreman responded to KINGS Supermarket, 1212 Shipyard La., on reports of a shoplifting. An on-scene investigation revealed a man was seen putting eight packages of meat worth approximately $162 into a backpack and then fleeing the store with another man, believed to be a look-out. Lt. Keith Rotondi, Sgt. William Collins, Sgt. Jason Falco, Sgt. John Quinones, and Police Officers Harry Montalvo, Roberto Cuevas, and Rose Kanan arrived on the scene to assist in a search for the actors. Police Officer Montalvo observed two men who fit descriptions given by witnesses and followed them on foot. Lt. Rotondi arrived to assist and gave the men commands to stop running which they did. The men, identified as 34-year-old Aaron Delbridge of Hoboken and 31-year-old Adolph Delbridge of Hoboken, were placed under arrest. A search incident to arrest found Aaron Delbridge to be in possession of an orange medicine tube with plastic pieces of straws, a burnt glass tube, and a piece of plastic, all commonly used to ingest CDS. Both men were transported to Hoboken Police Department for processing. Aaron Delbridge was charged with shoplifting and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also found to have a warrant out of Jersey City. Adolph Delbridge was charged with shoplifting. Both were ultimately transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility.

3. On Friday, July 11, 2025, at approximately 8:45 a.m., Sgt. Wilfredo Gomez and Police Officers Arturo Gonzalez and Shawn Sodora responded to Ottomanelli’s Liquor Store and Deli, 422 Monroe St., on reports of a burglary in progress. An on-scene investigation revealed a large group entered the store, stole bottles of alcohol, and assaulted store employees. Others in the group waited outside the establishment and served as a lookout. Shortly after, while on the 300 block of Marshall Street, officers located and arrested 20-year-old Carlos Peguero Jr. of Jersey City, 18-year-old Aaron Peguero of Jersey City, 19-year-old Yarisbel Ayala-Almonte of New Rochelle, NY, and 19-year-old Stephen Kin-Sasha of Brooklyn for robbery. 19-year-old Zion Taylor of Hoboken, 21-year-old Alyssa Dominguez of Jersey City, and 21-year-old Khaheim Johnson of Newark were arrested for robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery. 21-year-old Diandra Loving of Jersey City was also located and refused to stop after being ordered to do so several times. Loving also pushed one of the responding officers and continued to resist arrest by not placing her hands behind her back. She was placed under arrest for robbery, aggravated assault on a police officer, and resisting arrest. All were transported to Hoboken Police Headquarters. It was discovered Taylor had an open failure to appear warrant for simple assault in Hoboken. Loving was later transported to an area hospital, where she became combative and kicked an officer four times. She was later taken back to Hoboken Police Headquarters and charged with an additional count of aggravated assault on a police officer. All of the individuals were ultimately transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility.

4. On July 12, 2025, at approximately 2:30 a.m., Sgt. Michael Losurdo was on patrol when he saw an individual lying in front of the entrance to a residential property on the 600 block of First Street. The man, later identified as 28-year-old Jethro Sylverne of Phillipsburg, was asked to move along, but he refused. Police Officers Carmen Benitez and Brandon Cappelluti arrived to assist. He was told again he could not lie in front of the entrance and that he was on private property. He was also informed of services available to him, if needed. Sylverne continued to refuse to get up and move. He was arrested and transported to Hoboken Police Headquarters, charged with defiant trespassing and disorderly conduct, processed, and released on a summons.

5. On July 12, 2025, at approximately 3:30 a.m., Police Officers Trevor Thomas and Aidan Gonzalez responded to New Jersey State Police Headquarters in Bridgewater to transport 23- year-old Alkyjuan Green of Plainfield to Hoboken Police Headquarters. It was confirmed that Green had an outstanding active warrant out of Hoboken for driving while intoxicated and one out of South Plainfield. After being processed, he was transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility.

6. On July 13, 2025, at approximately 2:05 a.m., Police Officers Zackary Guido and Jayden Gonzalez were on patrol in the area of Newark and Hudson Streets, when they were flagged down by an individual who said someone else had caused damage to his vehicle after a dispute. An on-scene investigation determined a man, later identified as 25-year-old Kelvin Urena of Paterson, thought the other individual had struck his car and began yelling at and threatening the other man. He then threw an alcoholic beverage at him and broke a window of the other person’s vehicle. Police Officers Marvin DeJesus and David Smentkowski arrived on the scene to assist. Urena was arrested for making terroristic threats. Urena was transported to Hoboken Police Headquarters, processed, and later released.

7. On July 13, 2025, at approximately 7:35 a.m., Police Officer Christopher Hatfield was on the 400 block of Sixth Street and observed two people walking, one carrying an unopened package. When they noticed the officer, the person holding the package began to act suspicious. The two individuals were stopped and an investigation revealed that one of them, later identified as 37- year-old Amanda Concepcion of Hoboken, had taken a package that did not belong to her, on the 600 block of Jefferson Street. She was placed under arrest and transported to Hoboken Police Headquarters where she was processed on charges of theft of package. It was discovered that she had three outstanding violations from New Jersey Transit for failing to pay the required fare. After processing, she was released from custody.

8. On July 13, 2025, at approximately 10:30 p.m., Police Officer Rose Kanan was on the 50 block of Washington Street when she observed an individual she could identify as 48-year-old Stacy Butler of Hoboken laying down on a bench. The officer woke Butler up to check on her well-being, and Butler requested an ambulance. The Hoboken Volunteer Ambulance Corps arrived on the scene. Before Butler entered the ambulance, a protective search located a glass cylindrical pipe and Butler was placed under arrest for possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released into the custody of HVAC, with a complaint.

9. On July 14, 2025, at approximately 2:30 p.m., Police Officers Anthony Olivera and Nasir Willey responded to the 300 block of Jackson Street on reports of a dispute. An on-scene investigation revealed one of the individuals involved, later identified as 36-year-old John Haughey of Hoboken, had a warrant out of Hoboken for the original offense of defiant trespassing. He was transported to Hoboken Police Headquarters for processing and was ultimately taken to the Hudson County Correctional Facility.

10. On July 14, 2025, at approximately 9:30 p.m., Police Officer Matthew Bonanno was on patrol on the 300 block of Monroe Street and observed a car driving without headlights and with a piece of metal dragging behind the vehicle. The vehicle was pulled over, and the officer could detect the smell of an alcoholic beverage emanating from inside. The driver, later identified as 49-year-old Frederick Travers of Jersey City, had trouble gathering documents and slurred his words. Police Officers Brian Kim and Kyle Seper arrived on the scene. A standardized field sobriety test was performed, after which Travers was placed under arrest for driving while intoxicated. He was transported to Hoboken Police Headquarters for processing. A search of his car located an open can of beer in the back seat. He was charged with driving with intoxicated, reckless driving, driving without headlights, and having an open/unsealed container in the vehicle. As per John’s Law he was released into the custody of a responsible party.

11. On July 15, 2025, at approximately 1:50 a.m., Police Officers Ronald Kibitlewski and Aidan Gonzalez observed a man who appeared to be passed out in a chair on Hoboken Housing Authority (HHA) property on the 200 block of Harrison Street. It was discovered the man, later identified as 30-year-old Anthony Bevilacqua-Smith of North Bay Village, FL, did not live on HHA property and couldn’t provide a valid reason for being there. It was discovered he had a warrant out of Hoboken for defiant trespassing, and he was placed under arrest. A search incident to arrest of Bevilacqua-Smith, found him to be in possession of two clear plastic baggies that contained 12 individually wrapped off white objects suspected to be CDS crack cocaine. He was transported to Hoboken Police Headquarters and processed on the warrant, as well as possession of CDS, defiant trespassing, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was ultimately transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility.

12. On July 15, 2025, at approximately 9:25 a.m., Police Officer Bianca Arroyo responded to Hoboken Police Headquarters to process 30-year-old Sharon Zambrano of Union City on charges of aggravated assault, possession of weapons for an unlawful purpose, and unlawful possession of weapons. The charges were in connection to a February 2025 incident at McSwiggins Pub, 110 First St., during which Zambrano through drinks at, and pepper sprayed another patron, following a dispute. A follow-up investigation identified Zambrano as the actor. After being processed on the charges she attended court.

13. On July 15, 2025, at approximately 12:15 p.m., Police Officer Frank Losurdo was working an outside employment job near the corner of First and Madison Streets when he observed a man walking at a fast pace before he stopped, looked around in a suspicious manner, took out a knife, and punctured the rear tire of a bicycle that was secured to a fence. The officer approached the man, later identified as 47-year-old Alan Lobel of Hoboken, stopped him, and took the knife from his hands. Police Officers Jessica Pizanie and Aaron Font arrived on the scene to assist. A search incident to arrest located two push rods and one glass cylindrical pipe with burnt ends. Lobel was transported to Hoboken Police headquarters and processed on charges of criminal mischief, unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes, possession of drug paraphernalia, and certain person to not have a weapon. Lobel was transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility.

14. On July 15, 2025, at approximately 2:30 p.m., Police Officers Shawn Sodora and Anthony Rutkowski were dispatched to ShopRite, 900 Madison St., on reports of a shoplifting. Police Officer Valentino Salgado was also on the scene. An on-scene investigation revealed the actor, later identified as 31-year-old Aedan McCarty of Jersey City, was seen walking through aisles taking multiple items off the shelves. When the individual got to check-out, the actor was seen paying for only some of the items taken, was stopped by store security, and found with approximately $80 of items that were not paid for. McCarty was released with a summons.
