1. On August 20th, 2025, the Guttenberg Police Department was contacted by the
Hudson County Sheriff’s Office and informed that they had a female in their custody
with an active warrant, issued by the Guttenberg Municipal Court. Members of the
Guttenberg Police Department’s Patrol Division responded to the Sheriff’s Office,
where they arrested 33-year-old Roxanna M. Santamaria of Union City, NJ. Ms.
Santamaria was then transported to the Guttenberg Police Department for her arrest
processing. Upon the completion of her arrest processing, Ms. Santamaria was lodged
in the Hudson County Correctional Center.
The charges above are merely accusations. Every defendant is presumed
innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
