1. On September 4th, 2025, during a motor vehicle stop, members of the Guttenberg
Police Department’s Patrol Division arrested 31-year-old Omauris Cabrera of Jersey
City, NJ, after discovering that he had an active warrant, issued by the Nutley
Municipal Court. Mr. Cabrera was then transported to the Guttenberg Police
Department for his arrest processing. Upon the completion of his arrest processing,
Mr. Cabrera was released on his own recognizance, pending his next court appearance
with the Nutley Municipal Court.
The charges above are merely accusations. Every defendant is presumed
innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
