On 09/01/2025 at 3:35 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 28-year-old female, Mariane Desantana-Sakayrib of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Manalapan, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00. Desantana-Sakayrib was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.

On 09/01/2025 at 10:26 PM, Secaucus Police arrested a 28-year-old male, Ralph Cuello-Nunez of Montclair, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Passaic, NJ in the amount of $750.00. Cuello-Nunez was arrested at Secaucus Police Headquarters located at 1203 Paterson Plank Road. Mr. Cuello-Nunez was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently released from police custody.

On 09/02/2025 at 10:51 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 49-year-old male, Brian Bezi of New York, NY for Receiving Stolen Property [2C:20-7A] for possessing a stolen license plate, Unlawful Use of Credit Cards [2C:21-6C(1)], Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2] and Being a Fugitive from Justice [2A:160-10]. Bezi was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 09/03/2025 at 11:10 AM, in furtherance of an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Department Detective Division in relation to a theft incident that occurred at Walmart on 06/15/2025, the police responded to Jersey City, NJ and arrested a 19-year-old male, Denzel Browne of Jersey City, NJ for Theft [2C:20-3A] and Conspiracy to commit Theft [2C:5-2A(1)]. Browne was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On 09/04/2025 at 10:03 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 64-year-old male, James Wright of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Bridgewater, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00. Bridgewater did release Mr. Wright on his own recognizance pending a future court date and he was subsequently released from police custody.

On 09/04/2025 at 5:15 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 27-year-old male, Joseph Tejada Barrios of Elizabeth, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Roxbury, NJ in the amount of $2,500.00. Tejada Barrios was unable to post bail for the involved warrant. Mr. Tejada Barrios was issued 1 motor vehicle summons. Officers from the Roxbury Police Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters and took custody of Mr. Tejada Barrios for transport to their authority.

On 09/05/2025 at 3:46 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Walmart located at 400 Park Plaza Drive on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 29-year-old male, Jeison Key-Hernandez of Elizabeth, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)]. Key-Hernandez was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On 09/05/2025 at 8:48 PM, Secaucus Police responded to CVS located at 101 Plaza Centre Road on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 31-year-old male, Cameron Swanson of Hoboken, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(2)]. Swanson was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On 09/06/2025 at 3:21 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Marshall’s located at 400 Millcreek Drive on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 37-year-old male, Tyrin Conyers of Jersey City, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(2)]. Conyers was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 09/06/2025 at 8:40 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 22-year-old male, Byron Burgos-Yepez of West New York, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00 with a 10% option. Burgos-Yepez was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.

These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
