On Thursday, September 18, 2025, members of the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit arrested a 41-year-old male after investigating a sex crime involving a juvenile female.
Prince Fullwood, of Jersey City, is charged with Sexual Assault by Contact in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:14-2b, a crime of the second degree, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:24-4a(1), a crime of the third degree. He was arrested at his residence and transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility pending his first court appearance.
The crime occurred on August 31, 2025, inside of a store in the area of Summit Avenue and Baldwin Avenue. The 11-year-old female victim reported being groped by an unknown male while she was inside the store.
Acting Prosecutor Mello credited the arrest to the Special Victims Unit with assistance from the Jersey City Police Department. The above charges are merely accusations and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty. R.P.C.3.6(b)(6).
