On 09/15/2025 at 2:28 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 26-year-old male, Kamaljit Singh of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00 with a 10% option. Singh was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 4 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.
On 09/16/2025 at 4:57 PM, Secaucus Police received information that an individual staying at the Royal Motel had an outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of Atlanta, GA with no bail. During the investigation, the Police responded to the Royal Motel located at 650 Route 3 West and took into custody a 20-year-old male, Michael Cutler of Waco, GA for the 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of Atlanta, GA with no bail. Cutler was also charged with Being a Fugitive from Justice [2A:160-10]. Mr. Cutler was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On 09/18/2025 at 9:34 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 29-year-old male, Josiah Shuler of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00 with a 10% option. Shuler was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.
On 09/18/2025 at 3:41 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Hudson County Superior Court to take into custody a 32-year-old male, Deonte Borders of Bayonne, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $6,000.00 with a 10% option. Borders was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.
On 09/18/2025 at 10:04 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 52-year-old male, Matthew Grosse of Paramus, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Grosse was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional 6 motor vehicle summonses and he was released into the custody of a responsible adult.
On 09/19/2025 at 6:26 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Middlesex County Jail to take into custody a 36-year-old male, Michael E. Dynes of Bayonne, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $750.00. Dynes was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
