On 09/23/2025 at 1:45 PM, Secaucus Police arrested a 28-year-old female, Ariana Dickson of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Mansfield, NJ in the amount of $1,750.00. Ms. Dickson was arrested at Secaucus Police Headquarters located at 1203 Paterson Plank Road. Ms. Dickson was released on her own recognizance by the Mansfield Police Department pending a future court date and she was subsequently released from police custody.

On 09/23/2025 at 6:10 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Walmart located at 400 Park Plaza Drive on a report of an employee theft and shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 55-year-old female, Maria Saenzperez of Kearny, NJ for 2 counts of Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)], 1 count of Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(2)] and 4 counts of Theft [2C:20-3A]. Ms. Saenzperez was issued 5 complaint summonses due to the Shoplifting and Theft occurring on 5 separate instances. Ms. Saenperez was subsequently released from police custody.

On 09/24/2025 at 12:01 AM, Secaucus Police observed a bicyclist disregard a red traffic signal at the intersection of Plaza Centre Road and Paterson Plank Road. The bicycle involved was stopped by the police and during the investigation, the police arrested a 48-year-old male, Sorin Marcu of Secaucus, NJ for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office with no bail along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $1,500.00. The NCIC warrant was subsequently recalled and cleared from the system by the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office. Mr. Sorin was also released on his own recognizance in relation to the outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ. Mr. Sorin was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On 09/24/2025 at 7:13 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 37-year-old male, Yasmin Santizo-Cifuentes of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Central Municipal Court Bergen County in the amount of $750.00. Mr. Santizo-Cifuentes was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.

On 09/24/2025 at 11:20 AM, in furtherance of an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Department Detective Division in relation to a shoplifting that occurred at Home Depot on 12/17/2024, the police arrested a 25-year-old male, Onyx Calderon of Paterson, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)] and Conspiracy to commit Shoplifting [2C:5-2A(1)]. Mr. Calderson was found to be previously incarcerated at the Bergen County Jail. The Police responded to the Bergen County Jail to process Mr. Calderon on the complaint warrant. Mr. Calderon was processed and remained in custody at the Bergen County Jail.

On 09/24/2025 at 4:14 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Osprey Cove East located at 45 Meadowlands Parkway on a report of a verbal dispute between a patron and an Uber Eats driver. The female Uber Eats driver left the area prior to police arrival and was located by the police in the area of 9th Street and Flanagan Way. The female failed to stop for the police while riding her bicycle after numerous instructions to do so. The female subsequently entered the TD Bank located at 1262 Paterson Plank Road in an attempt to elude the police further. During this investigation, the female struck the officer in the head with a bike lock. The police subsequently arrested a 23-year-old female, Jahil Rust of the Bronx, NY for Aggravated Assault against a Law Enforcement Officer [2C:12-1B(1)], Obstructing the Administration of Law [2C:29-1A], Resisting Arrest by Flight [2C:29-2A(2)], Resisting Arrest by Force [2C:29-2A(3)], Receiving Stolen Property [2C:20-7A], Criminal Mischief [2C:17-3A(1)], 2 counts of Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose [2C:39-4D], 2 counts of Unlawful Possession of a Weapon [2C:39-5D], Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon [2C:12-1B(2)], Terroristic Threats [2C:12-3A] and Burglary [2C:18-2A(1)]. Ms. Rust was issued her complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 09/25/2025 at 3:56 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 24-year-old male, Carlos Perez-Cruz of Garfield, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Garfield, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00. Mr. Perez-Cruz was also charged with Receiving Stolen Property [2C:20-7A] for possessing a license plate on his vehicle that was reported stolen. Mr. Perez-Cruz was able to post bail for the involved warrant. Mr. Perez-Cruz was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On 09/25/2025 at 9:15 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Port Authority Police Department to take into custody a 36-year-old male, Hill Cajour of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $5,000.00 with a 10% option and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $700.00 with a 10% option. Mr. Cajour was able to post bail for both involved warrants and was subsequently released from police custody.

On 09/26/2025 at 12:24 AM, a female entered Secaucus Police Headquarters located at 1203 Paterson Plank Road to speak to the police. The involved female began cursing at Officers and after speaking on the dispatch phone in the police lobby, violently slammed the phone into the receiver 3 three times in an attempt to damage the phone. The police subsequently arrested a 48-year-old female, Betsey Rondon of Secaucus, NJ for Disorderly Conduct [2C:33-2A(2)]. Ms. Rondon was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On 09/26/2025 at 3:43 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 28-year-old male, Davonte Lewis of Paterson, NJ for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of Fairfield, NJ with no bail. Officers from the Fairfield Police Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters to take into custody Mr. Lewis for transport back to their agency.

On 09/26/2025 at 5:11 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Bergen County Jail to take into custody a 40-year-old male, Robert Darco of Clifton, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $5,000.00 with a 10% option. Mr. Darco was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 09/26/2025 at 8:30 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Newton Township Police Department to take into custody a 26-year-old male, Casey McClelland of Branchville, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $5,000.00 with a 10% option. Mr. McClelland was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 09/27/2025 at 2:27 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the intersection of Paterson Plank Road and Park Plaza Drive on a report of a motor vehicle crash. During the investigation, the police arrested a 63-year-old male, Marco Moya of Secaucus, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Moya was also charged with Assault by Auto [2C:12-1C(2)]. Mr. Moya was issued his complaint summons along with 4 motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
