1. On September 26th, 2025, during a motor vehicle stop, members of the Guttenberg
Police Department’s Patrol Division arrested 37-year-old Ceasar M. Green of
Brooklyn, NY, after discovering that he had a full-extradition warrant, issued by
Oklahoma County in Oklahoma. Mr. Green was arrested and then transported to the
Guttenberg Police Department for his arrest processing. At our police headquarters,
Mr. Green was charged as a fugitive from justice [2A:160-10]. Upon the completion of
his arrest processing, Mr. Green was lodged in the Hudson County Correctional
Center, pending extradition.
2. On September 26th, 2025, members of the Guttenberg Police Department’s Patrol
Division were at the scene of a medical call on Bergenline Avenue. While officers were
standing near an ambulance, a passing vehicle struck the parked ambulance and
almost struck one of our officers. The vehicle then continued driving. Officers located
the vehicle and as a result of their on-scene investigation, 38-year-old Miguel
Maldonado-Villavic of Union City, NJ, was arrested for obstructing the
administration of law [2C:29-1A] and driving while intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr.
Maldonado-Villavic was then transported to the Guttenberg Police Department for his
arrest processing. Upon the completion of his arrest processing, Mr. Maldonado-Villavic was issued his complaint summons, numerous summonses for traffic
violations, and then released to the custody of a responsible adult.
3. On September 28th, 2025, members of the Guttenberg Police Department’s Patrol
Division responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident. During their on-scene
investigation, officers arrested 45-year-old Victor M. Estrada-Coy of Guttenberg, NJ,
for driving while intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Estrada-Coy was then transported to the
Guttenberg Police Department for his arrest processing. Upon the completion of his
arrest processing, Mr. Estrada-Coy received numerous summonses for traffic
violations and was then released to the custody of a responsible adult.
The charges above are merely accusations. Every defendant is presumed
innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
